This isn't like the last financial crash where the system was fundamentally broken and was well overdue a reset, there will be a substantial bounce across nearly every industry in the next year. China is already back in business and will fund a lot of infrastructure projects to kick start their economy, this in turn will do wonders for the price of iron.

A double bottom (Matron!) would be an encouraging sign. I think 10p is more than likely the bottom and insanely oversold, but a double bottom could maybe convince the TA traders to pile in.

Remember asking the same question as I saw fyoz's post on the TRK II board and that brought me here back in 2017. I'd worked there (albeit briefly) so we occasionally used to read what was posted there, when it all went downhill I remember reading fyoz's post and doing my research into BMN from there.

BF, personally I can't see these retraces happening. We've seen consolidation of the SP and holders selling up to take their profit at every level on the way up to 0.20 today, so I can't imagine why we'd suddenly see selling all the way down to those levels. Interestingly we're seeing less selling than I expected this morning, having reached the round number 0.2 bid price, looks like there are a few holders who are sticking it out for much bigger gains.

The bid price is also scraping the ceiling of 0.2, surely a bit of a psychological barrier if that gets breached.

There was still a hefty spread when we were at that price Jez. I personally think 0.2 - 0.21 is a fair price with plenty of value to be had, given the developments we have had in the last few months and what is potentially on the horizon I see little reason to justify a 10%+ drop. The market will pick up as we start seeing more news and the development of income streams.

I'd rather we get frequent, if not earth-shattering news like this to be honest. I'm invested in BMN, and while the fundamentals and prospects of that company are brilliant, they simply do not know how to manage shareholder communications and play the RNS system, as a result the SP has stagnated and doubt and dissent regularly creep in. At least the UFO management know we want to be kept informed and acknowledge our existence.

Oh gosh, how dreadful, down to 0.19 are we? I guess we'll just have to live with being only 90% up in the last 6 months rather than 100%...

Simon, we've already established that you have no idea what a bid/ask spread is so why chip in?

From the trades this afternoon it looks like the real spread is 0.20/0.212, which is far tighter than the 0.02/0.03 we've seen in recent days.

Is it me or has the Bid/Ask spread narrowed significantly today?

Update on drilling at Mexican silver projects. Good to see a mention of discussions with drilling companies and the prospect of a JV.

What nonsense.

Monitoring extensions normally come in when there is a higher than normal trading volume and more time is needed to determine the SP at the mid-day auction. This auction happens on all SETSqx shares that are typically less liquid than others.

As always with Simon, he's either completely out of his depth playing at the big boys table and has no idea what he is on about with even the simplest of trading concepts, or he's deliberately scaremongering to engineer a drop in SP. I'll leave it up to others to decide which is more likely.
