Rodney - I agree. The number of warrants and the exercise of them is good for funding the projects - let them take their course. In my view the various steps towards monetising the assets will not happen overnight. Thus keeping an eye on how much is left of P Johnson's holding (on the basis that he wants to exit completely), the lifting of Covid restrictions in Victoria including travel to and from the State and announcements from the company is where it might be wise to concentrate.
I intend to keep the stock that I have and if and when there are dips in the share price as traders exit or holders get bored, add and wait. After all, the gold is not going anywhere until it is mined and processed and that will be done by ECR and/or JV partners.

There is nothing wrong with the views of those who caution against over optimism or draw attention to points with which they disagree with the contents of an individual's post. Tolerance of such views helps to balance a bulletin board. I am long this stock but that does not stop me reading and taking in what the likes of Crazyfund post.

I agree with you about some posters being too indolent to do proper and full research. It continuously surprises me how often investors or rather punters buy shares with hard earned savings without studying the companies in which they buy stock - hence I guess the oft used expression "following the herd".

Sorry to read that Posh and I admit that I am a new investor. But having said that the evidence is such that you could still do well. The decision is yours.

I like others am impressed by the content of Zak Mir's interview of Richard Lee. It is not the first time that Zak has featured Dev Clever. Listening to Mr Lee, it seems to me that revenue streams are developing nicely.

Listening to the interview reminded me of something a gentleman who I knew many years ago. He and his brother had a UK business manufacturing a product which they sold to HM Government as the exclusive supplier and in a similar field sold other products privately to retailers for sale to the public.

He told me that whilst the margins on sales to HMG were not great (private sales commanded a better margin) he and his brother could rely on the HM Government cheque arriving every month topping up that income from the higher margin sales from private retailers. Those wise words guided me. Whether there is any similarity with regard to Dev Clever's earnings' model I know not but one ignores the value of earnings from public bodies at one's peril.

I am anticipating the prospectus this month (silly to delay again and unlikely now that revenue streams are clearer) and hope that Asimilar will proceed with further capital injections. In my view Dev Clever has a very decent future - a company for our times.

Not, Stubert, if you do not disclose who you really are, hide your persona and have possibly if not probably have a short position. If one posts to scare weaker holders, one causes those holders to sell thus forcing the price down. But then money came into the stock this afternoon. Best to keep a level head, consider why you invested in the first place and ask yourself whether there is room for a company like Dev Clever and those with which it is associated like Lenovo in the market place.

I do not think that anyone has remarked on it yet but I was pleased to note that Richard Lee negotiated an options package. Three million shares is no mean amount . The strike price of 10 pence may not be demanding but that is not the point. I hope his options do well, for the company's investors will likewise do well.
