Yes LB 28 but I still think of Empire Metals as a binary play; Munni Munni and the Georgian assets.

I still believe that the Georgian assets have value because of Neil O'Brien and Mike Struthers.

Whilst the focus is on Munni Munni the forthcoming drilling figures and completion of the Artemis deal, I reckon that the Georgian authorities may see value in looking to NO and MS to help develop the licences which have been rejected. In my view the authorities ignore their talents to their detriment.
The rumour of a placing could have been a false rumour. Can anyone enlighten me who tweeted the rumour?

Looking at the TR document, the threshold from 4% to 5% was crossed yesterday. If Prime you look at yesterday's reported trades you will see two large trades reported late yesterday. However they were just after 8 am and they were "off book"
I suspect those trades were made by the gentleman.

Artemis may decide to retain its stake in EEE as an investment. I do not know if there are any conditions in respect of selling its stake . It will still hold 19% of Munni Munni although EEE have first refusal in respect of any proposed sale of that 19%.
My guess is that they want to concentrate on other assets which they hold and they are looking to Neil O'Brien and Mike Struthers to improve their investment and develop Munni Munni using their proven talent. If so there may be no rush to sell any part of the 95 million shares. Worth investigating the background of NOB and MS.

barnard - if there were 2m sells today yet the price still advanced then there have were buyers who actively wanted that stock.

May I ask someone to help with a problem which I have creating a message. In the former days I used a box which I could click to start a brand new message (rather than reply to one). Barnard - the potential is great but it is worth keeping one's feet on the ground!! As holders we need and dare I say deserve an update. Thank goodness there is no ramping today from first time posters. In my opinion let the management come up with news and if it is succeeding as investors will be rewarded.

I could not resist this comment that Sunseekers appears to have retired to his boat having ramped the stock as he did.

Entirely guess work on my part but the board may have wanted to see the seller(s) taken out before releasing an update.
