I disagree TonyBaby. I speak as someone who first invested in Finn Aust now Bluejay in March 2016. The recent announcement regarding the Finnish asset and this latest news are limb 2 of the development of Bluejay i.e. monetisation.

There is a big difference between exploration and exploitation licences in Greenland and a lot of work done and a great number of hurdles crossed between the two.

Like sunset I think that the NISA agreement will be a big feature in the company's progress and since the negotiations with NISA should complete by 6th January 2021 and with the holiday season upon us in the latter third of the year, there has to be a possibility that the negotiations will complete before say 20th December, Thus we may have two pieces of news in the near term both of which could be very beneficial to the company, its shareholders and its partners.

With Lenovo having been content to partner with Chris Jeffries (Dev Clever) and Lenovo having released Richard Lee to work for Dev Clever and further with Veative /Nisa/Dev Clever negotiating terms for sales to schools who are members of Nisa (RNS 06.11.20), it seems to me that there is every possibility that we will have a decent return over the next few months. That is my take on current events.

Simon The RNS dated 22.07.20 extended the agreement to 31.10.20. The RNS of 27.10.20 extended the agreement by a further 4 weeks i.e. 28 days from 31.10.20. My understanding therefore is that the agreement runs to 28.11.20. Thus since the 28th November is Saturday I anticipate a further extension to allow the permit to be granted and announced as granted and to allow the signing of an off take agreement provided that one rules out an off take agreement conditional on the grant of the permit. Anyway that is my take!!!

The point you raise about the MoU SR is absolutely right. If the parties had wanted to extend 2 months (were it needed) they could and should have done so. So I guess news within the revised time limit.
