There are various transformative events. Just start with Dundas where the Greenlandic Prime Minister has given an indication that an exploitation permit will be granted. There are steps to be completed before that happens. Then there is an MoU with a potential off take partner which has recently been extended. Both those matters are referred to in RNSs. Then there remains the possibility of a JV for Disko. Is that asset going to just sit there undeveloped for ever amen?
Best therefore for doubters to do some research.

I refer again to my post @11.27 Monday. DevClever is aiming at a market in India which in my view has a void which is careers guidance. From my UK experience Indian families of whatever income/capital level take education very seriously and that includes the future career/employment prospects for the children. I doubt that it is different in India. First careers guidance is a must and second not everyone can rely on the "old boys network" in obtaining introductions/matches with future employers/engagements. I hope that between them Veative/Nisa/Dev Clever will work on the correct models to fit and benefit the market. By getting that right at cost levels which are acceptable to clients, it must surely follow that other opportunities will arise not just in many more schools/educational establishments but also in other fields that open up. I think that it was a poster called Londontrader who has not appeared for a while who told us that he had done business with Chris Jeffries. He said that CJ may not be a great businessman but that he was an exceptional ideas person. On a business level if CJ is wanting I am sure that he will know how and from where to get help. I hope that I am not misquoting or appearing unjust/rude but none of us are good at everything - we all have strengths and weaknesses. I do hope that the negotiations work satisfactorily and that we hear soon what the financial prospects are with Veative/ Nisa. Having said that, it would also be good to hear how other income avenues are progressing . In short, I am staying put and have added recently. Interesting times.

Rambo - Hannam say 20 pence by end of 2021. That imo could be advanced depending on news available well before then.

It will be interesting to see what the demand is from US investors and what the companies brokers will be doing to promote the company.

dsc - may I suggest you listen to the interview, the link for which you will find from a poster's post and you will find out that Dev./Veative and Nisa are working on the offer for schools which seems sensible to me. I imagine from that we will get some indication of the prospective revenues once a deal is formally struck. From personal knowledge gleaned when my daughters were at school and where there were the children of Indian parents, Indian families take education and the future for their children very seriously. I see Dev's offering being widely welcomed by families in India.

I am concentrating on what Mr Sharma says about the "hole" in what the schools have available for students - career guidance. Not only is there a vacuum which Dev can fill for Nisa's students but it seems to me that the offering must be of gold standard for Nisa and Veative to want to install it. What of course we do not have clarity about are the commercial terms which will be sorted in the next 60 days. I expect that potential commercial terms have been discussed between Veative and Dev - i.e. what they would respectively be comfortable with. With the prospect of the offering being available to more schools than those immediately referred to in the RNS, as they say "the world could be our oyster" and that is without the other products that Dev Clever offers (do not forget the contracts announced relatively recently).

sunset - someone picked up a bargain for the 1 and 2 million trades at 7.50 and 7.55.

What is the enterprise value of Dev with say a turnover of £3million? And what might it be with a deal with Nisa/Veative?

Dev Clever's offering obviously well regarded. In my view only the beginning.

I am not so sure about that Fallingknife. Greenland is a strategical asset for the west balanced against both China and Russia. Also the Greenlandic PM seems to be pro mining and Greenland has a wealth of minerals. If as Greenlandic PM, you wish to benefit your people and there is a means to do that from licence fees plus royalties and taxes, what better way to do so than to open up the mining industry.
Imo Bluejay is in an ideal position to help with that and through Bluejay also its shareholders so long as we have the right management in place to guide both the company and the country through that process. RM has been very wise allowing the Danes into strategic roles in the company and it is worthwhile having a look at the interviews recently inserted on the company's website.

Now that is an interesting and balanced assessment!! I think that we both hope (and I guess that the thought may be shared by Alan Duff) that the funding is needed for a pretty big project. May be connected to India and other concepts? Growth as evidenced by the appointment of Julian Carter as MD of the agency division of other advertised staff appointments?
Whatever the purpose, I am sure that we will know soon when we see the prospectus and the reason(s) for the delay.

I am pleased to see a change in sentiment on the part of Sunsetsupper. At one point I thought that he was shorting the stock. I recall that sunset talked about a hoped for share price of 35 pence per share in the future.
Every business has problems or delays in timing of events, but the appointment of Julian Carter as MD of the agency division and adverts in the media for staff is not a sign that Dev Clever is in trouble- on the contrary it indicates to me that matters are moving forward nicely. Then one also has what appears to have been a successful trip by CJ to India.
Any growth company needs capital for expansion and the delay in the prospectus is not for me an indication that the ongoing funding by Intrinsic (ASLR) will not still take place. But please let's not have a falling out of investors who both seem to have a bullish outlook. There are better things to discuss.

I wonder what Richard Jennings of Align may have up his sleeve with his firm Align Research having increased its holding to 11.2% of Pathfinder (RNS 22.10.20) in association with himself.

mrcautious - do you work in the company to know how well the company is doing?

Why don't you sell your Dev Clever shares and invest the proceeds elsewhere? You might then be able to whine elsewhere.

Options encourage directors and staff to advance the company. They work for the company whereas we, as investors, do not. If they do well for the company we will, like them, benefit if the share price improves and grows. I can see no problem with that.
