Ingenuity certainly has value it just needs to hit scale. The market what’s ingenuity it brag about a big handful of clients. That’s not how it works. The model is thousands and you scrap the 1-2% off GMV

There are some good examples out there of ingenuity being the better product

Vita coca. A US brand. Uses Shopify in the US. For all it’s other websites round ten world? Ingenuity

Jack Wills uses Salesforce (I think) in U.K. for US and global it uses ingenuity

Revolution (and hundreds of beauty brands) all use Ingenuity for their secondary and overseas websites. The bit ingenuity needs to fight on is wining the “home” website but that will be unlikely (as years of costs and crappy investment but now it “works” so won’t change)

But ingenuity is the main platform for taking brands global. And the world is now global! This is what SoftBank sees and the same goal auto store is aiming towards

They do. It's a marketing funnel for new products. Otherwise why would THG put in a whole bunch of un-tested products? It's a trial and error mechanism

Lookfantastic wins on both sides. They get a reasonable/ small contribution from the manufacturer and it locks in a customer for 12 months. Also customers who have subscriptions on average spend 37% more than others. So that's a big driver of additional revenue
