Hi fleccy, I must admit, I thought you sold all your vod, & bought bt instead. B.T. having a better run just recently, so good luckwith that. perhaps not paying a divi is working for them. I tend to think strange price movements are more to do with charts than manipulation, but the stock market is far from a precise science. It is normal I think for markets to over react to good news& then over correct.

fleccy, I have never gone along with this MM games argument, but you do appear to understand markets far better than me. What does surprise me though, is you taking anything Mikey says seriously. He sounds almost like a pre program'd computer.

By the way Baysil, A chunk of debt being paid off, is a big benifit to vod shareholders.

Thank's Gary, although I have held a lot of vod shares for a long time, I am not rich & I am loosing money. However I hope that in time I will be in profit. You are dead right to say there are rampers & de- rampers, & I have always welcomed constructive negative comments, otherwise if everybody was bullish, this forum would be a waste of time. With some though (mentioning no names), you could strap a brown wire on there finger from a mains plug & they would still be negative. sightwatcher, Those who were dooming & glooming vod, are probably dooming & glooming somewhere else instead, but they will probable be back. But, as for doubting the divi, vod has been a bit cagey about it, so I was a bit worried. It would be nice to have a small rise in the divi, as we were promised a progressive divi policy. Good look everybody, (shorter's excepted).
