Hello robleo. I hope you are well. What I don't get though, is why you feel the need to constantly remind us that we are losing money on vodafone shares if we bought at a much higher price than today. We all know that, it is blindingly obvious. However it is the future that counts, & I, fleccy & some others think the future should be good, we may be wrong, but please can we all stop living in the past, as to do so is futile. Anyway, I always welcome your posts so good luck.

fleccy. Will we end in the blue, sorry green. You are right, on this site it is green, but on ADVFN it shows as blue. However lets agree on green. As long as it is not red. I 100% agree your post about out of date posters on here, the past has gone, it is only the future that counts, so may I suggest you all stop living in the past & move on? It sounds like you enjoyed your job which is great to hear, Christmas party & all. You sound like a very positive person which I greatly admire. Good luck.

Sorry. Mikey was a top 5 performer, not employee. As for him not saying what his role is, I can't blame him for that. If I was that critical of my employer "Nick Read is a liar" etc. I would not want anybody to know who I was!

As for "how long will it take for you to realise this has been a bad investment" unless you are a complete idiot, of course it has been a bad investment for the last few years. We all know that, but is it a good investment now? that is the question? so come on, & move on please? As for Mikey saying nobody is allowed to give negative views, as you well know that is complete nonsense, as I welcome constructive negative views, mole-man for instance, & you? well sometimes? Come on we are both losers here, but man up, except it & move on. Hello fleccy, whether you are on the wacky backy or not,(joking of course) I find your posts very informative & I am also very positive about vodafone. For me though to be honest, it is partly wishful thinking, because I own a lot of vod shares & I am not selling any time soon. However I question your bold statement saying, as you used to work for vod, you know better than most on here. I am sure you know better than me though, but there is one on here who still works for vod, ( 1 year to go), who would give a complete opposite view. I will say no more, because he doesn't take kindly to any form of criticism, (dishes it out though)! Just keeping topping up, & good luck. I year & we will all be celebrating?? Lets hope so?

Hello.ro55fay. You say I forgot hold,while seeing your capitol erode & divi being consumed by inflation. At the sp when I posted, you have a chance of making a cap gain or loss. As for the divi of about 5 to 6% that is way above inflation? So sorry, but I don't get your point. Of course if you are living in past then you are correct, so with respect, I suggest you stop living the past, as the future is all that matters on the stock market!

slarti. What is this £40billion enterprise value you are talking about? Sorry but you make no sense? The enterprise value is the market value plus debt. which is over £70 billion, I don't mean to be rude, but some of you lot are on another planet?
