I just put it through Google, 17p a share for dividend, wait till people see this, 40% of current SP is a dividend, sale to conclude at same time putting near £700m additional cash on top of current cash, plenty of developments on going and ready to sell, 97% director owned via subsidiaries, they will start wanting dividends from profits as seen by today, realistically, this share is a pound a share minimum

This is why this share is worth 5 x current SP IT isn't liquid and at some point - Directors will want money out - i know RNS doesn't state with the Sale Funds - but at some point (on sale of a few future developments) dividends of well above current SP must be paid out - those holding now are sitting on a huge cash cow. If the same Assets / Liquid Cash were invested in London - what would current SP be? Look forward to the Accounts due end of month

trying to work this liquidity out on this share - reading RNS - there are no shares in AIM - yet i have some Im going to wait for Sale to be confirmed in forthcoming meeting and money in bank - that puts the company after cost in with around £680million cash - just over double current SP - should be £0.80 with this alone

Who would buy this - 150% rise - people don't look at fundamentals - BOD say MCAP is technically £0

MM's playing huge games - an hour ago i had a sell quote at 1.75p - then 0.7p, then 1.6p Late Trades been reported - now there is virtually no trading - keeps sending me to broker on a kill or fill basis for bith buys and sells with iii at minute - dont have a clue but dont look like anyone is willing to do the next trade other than a few small sells
