similar to what i said - this deal allows the company to survive Shareholder value is really diminished but what needs to be collated / stipulated that if the bank funding goes, whats the annual saving in repayments - at present this is loss making massively and only upside is if the restructure allows them to potentially make a profit on a month to month basis and have surplus cash for further intended investments - personally i cant see enough saving in the financials on a month to month basis but with cash in hand there is hope - without restructure - Company will go Bankrupt quick

To a degree, i agree, the write down in Debt should be good on balance sheet. The big question is the private placing price and number of new shares to be added - circa $8.5m is close to double current MCAP - so a placing at 7.5p is going to see circa 100million new shares given the price was in the 3.5p range prior - it is safe to assume a more realistic price of 4p - so possibly 180million+ new shares

Assets reduced by circa $13million Liabilities increased by $11.5million Loss of $11.5 million This is actually a good deal for the company and allows it a chance to survive - but there is going to be a huge placing here.

This is pretty stagnant at minute but at least we all look at figures and smile :)

this is just gradually rising nicely - nothing significant - just little 10% rises daily until news and i'm really happy here.

suppose we will find out who the buyer is with a Holding RNS next few days - so much selling Monday, so much buying yesterday and today is a mixed bag . Depending who this buyer is - this could multi bag very quickly - fundamentally well undervalued but what share isn't - im hoping to see 1p by end of this week

We will know more by 6th September If this company loses Marina Dorcol - what does it actually have??? The only way this company has a chance is: 1. Sold as Shell 2. SHAREHOLDERS pay the Euro33.9million to the municipality of Belgrade or come to an agreement with them other the lease restructure (seems unlikely given the account they are serving notice) to remedy the situation. This would leave the only significant debts to ERD - EUR25m - which was due to be paid yesterday so an update on the debt to ERD is required (they will just move it on - thats a given) And then an update on Marina Dorcol - have 3 months from 6th June to remedy the breach or an update if we can take this to the courts (which in my opinion if it was UK Law would be impossible)

can i point out that the Mar 2016 Loss is a 3 Month figure while the December 2015 Figure is 12 month For an accurate representation, you should have the Mar 2016 Loss quadrupled as an estimated Loss for Year - - circa (1856) - still half of what it would be last year You will know more here in 2 months with actually what is happening.

i wont respond to that as it would displease the masses on here if i said where i stand lol people are buying though and the other thing is there are some larger trades going through - usually this spikes on £100 trades yet we are seeing them go for 'real money'

Very nice work and it does confirm what i was saying last week - just holding and keeping - 3 Years and with a positive DFS in pace we have a sizeable chink of a big bit of pie.
