This is one of these - making small profits - good cash balances above market cap - yet it never really rises its like my other stock based in Asia - More money than Market Cap and little traded

I sold low 70's - i only bought yesterday so made a decent profit I still agree that this is too low and should increase - i hope it does for all in here - but i am going back to what i sold Monday and hope the Takever does progress Good Luck

Dunno on this one: Positive is Tenant quality / strength and Rent Roll is decent for London Property Negative is why invest in London now - outlook for London Property is at an all time low with BREXIT looming Other positive is that its diversification into UK and not holding every asset in Asia is certainly decent

this isnt really a big deal looking at the RNS - SP tels the story - just hold for LC development with JV and hopefully eventual sale for 10x Market Cap in 3/4 years, everything else is a sideshow although this gets us incoming producing quickly - just nothing major in my opinion - may stop later dilution but expect some in near term.

KBE have 3 months from the RNS to challenge the decision and take it to the courts (that was yesterday i believe as RNS was originally on 6th June) - i would expect an update shortly if they have challenged the decision. In regards to compensation - KBE will get no physical cash (its a write off on what is owed) with the Asset been recovered by the Municipality

i think we will struggle to break 0.007p but i agree its too low at minute plenty of value here
