Suspension won't happen - this is marched down due to mainly sells and the fact that its got zero value in accounts. 9 trades showing on LSE - of which 7 sells / 2 buys 57,111 shares bought totalling £483 351,525 shares sold totalling £2,128.92 The RNS's were accurate - just mis-read and people ramped it up wrongly This share has since 2012 never been more than 1.2p on chart other than the times it spikes like the other day trading mostly at 0.25p

For me - thats its best use But it still has Negative Assets of 23million Euro to sort prior to that been an option Personally - they are better off the largest shareholder sorting the payments and retaining control - especially if we believe the Marina Plans can be fully developed into a world class asset - thats going to take a lot of stumping up of Cash from the ultimate owners as i doubt Bank Funding will be obtainable - they have defaulted on loans with Bank Leumi Dan

couple of small £200 buys You need to have an RNS alert on this share if holding - just so if there is news - and it re-spikes - there may be a profit with a huge spread - it will often show on top risers board with a £100 trade as it doubles the last trade

Honestly, we don't know how they got to the estimates but I bet the BOD will be close, they will have an exact figure for the asset in the accounts, in terms of remuneration, they will have an idea, if you sell your house, you have an idea of an expected sale price, I will assume they have something similar, fact is, even with 18million Euro positive from the transaction, they are still in negative net worth

i would say the request for termination of the lease was Price Sensitive I would say the way they worded the original RNS in estimates glammed the situation up if people didn't read the Accounts I'm pretty certain the 2nd RNS was issued with that statement at the bottom due to the confusion - it wasn't a speeding ticket - it was a touchy nomad who saw what was happening with SP and told them to clarify the Financial Situation more clearly I wonder if they read these Boards????

Hi Mate To be honest - i got entangled cause of what people were saying - i only intended to make the point that this company has a huge negative net worth and too many people were reading it wrong and my opinion is people should avoid, too many people then started jumping down me and it became more of me evidencing my point, even though i was clarifying the accounts - it wasn't until the RNS today that a lot of people realised what i was saying. Pump & Dump is part of the game - i will invest to make a quick profit in a few hours if sentiment is there - I did it in GCM and Petro MATD last few months where market over reacts but these shares are where people make a lot quickly and also lose a lot quickly (both of them have some long term potential) - here is that in my opinion the deficit is too great, if they lose this lease as per RNS- they have minimal Assets and it most likely can't recover. Everyone should borrow on property - hey - thats my Job after all Issue is KBE have recorded an 80million Euro Loss to date and will still have a Negative Net Worth of 23million EURO thereafter this with little in ASSETS to show Property Loans are secured on a Property at an appropriate Loan to Value (70%-75%) in UK Commercial Finance is pretty standard backed by a Valuation at the time - therefore there should always be a positive Net Worth in property if they have bought well

As long as you understand the Negative Net Worth of the Company currently - and understand the Negative Net Worth of the company thereafter if the estimates are correct in RNS, and understand there is a huge spread - thent you can make your own mind My issue was too many people not understand the RNS and the Accounts
