Read the RNS, estimated increase in net tangible assets is 18million Euro, you need to look at the reduction in assets of 25million euros as well as the reduction of debts, so still a negative net worth of over 20million euros

80million euros of debt, 38million euros of asset, the accounts state -35p a share Honestly, if you not bought here, please don't or at least read the accounts prior to making a decision

I hope your buy works out for you, really do, just stating that this company has 80million Euro of debt backed by 38million Euro assets, this will be traded and this is it's 3rd or 4th pump and dump in recent months

I'm not, but I'm a voice of reason, I will never buy a share with a negative net worth of this magnitude and that is so close to bankruptcy, been a classic pump and dump here

Seems feasible to be fair but ultimately the company has currently negative tangible assets over 40million euros, so if this works out as estimated, there is still negative 22million Euro on balance sheet, if you can prove a workable solution here I would recommend you email BOD

Since January 2011, the Group has been in breach of the obligation to make the lease payments for Marina Dorcol. During the reporting period, management recognised an expense of EUR 803 thousands as a result of the lease interest and inflation on the unpaid overdue lease contracted payments. At 31 March 2016, the Group was in breach of EUR 33.9 million of lease payments. After the reporting date, the Company further breached its obligation to pay by an additional amount of EUR 0.1 million. Following the above, the municipality initiated several claims during recent periods to collect those debts. In the event that it does not settle the debt, the Company is exposed to the following sanctions and risks: · Termination of the lease contracts which will cause the loss of the right to use of land; · Should any party commence bankruptcy proceedings against Marina Dorcol, the Company would lose control of Marina Dorcol and would be exposed to uncertainty with respect to compensation from the bankruptcy estate, since the Company will be in the "last row of creditors".

i'm doing well for a small part time trader this year - invested £3,000 - now worth £11,000 im not saying im a big player, but i work in Commercial Finance and have vast experience in Accounts and its a bit too easy to see these shares have no value -23,000,000euros net worth after this RNS

Accounts as of 31st March 2016 - Net Tangible Assets (41,824,000 Euro) so a 18,400,000 Euro increase in Equity: so now only a mere 23,424,000 Euro deficit to find

The Company estimates that it will have a positive net cash flow from the above restitution. and read previous accounts - don't jump in here an hour ago and spout it off - this is pretty much a dead company if you have been here more than an hour you would know

I phoned them and Ex-Dividend date was 26th May - so buying today doesn't get you a Dividend

I read it as on the register end of Friday, if it was yesterday to be registered for Friday then maybe but I reckon people who sold yesterday may find themselves missing out on dividend, I will ring them today
