The Accounts show a huge Negative Net Worth Current Value of -35p Value if this works out as estimated by company is -17p These are FACTS based on recent RNS's

This will YoYo next couple of days and settle - anyway - off to keep tabs on a share i am invested in Good Luck All

Writedowns have occured during the disposals of Assets - the Company is quickly selling off everything- just look at the number of Disposal RNS's

just for clarity - thats (0.48Euro) which equates to (35p)

when did BOD recommend 0.45p a share????

Commercial Real Estate - i am not a Full Time Investor but i have seen Accounts from some of the biggest Accountants Firms in my Job and trust me when i say i can read accounts. The RNS states the adjustments you need to make the accounts - this Company is now worth circa -17p a share. It has more use as a Shell to utilise the 83million Euros in accumulated losses

Personally, I wouldn't put £10 here, the company has negative net worth

I'm here looking at -20%, always going to be a few trades who didn't do thorough research thinking 10p is realistic, 1.5p to buy, 1p to sell, huge spread

If it does keep trading and is cash positive, it has 28.5million euros to be paid before any shareholder value Unless, the interconnected loans are written off for nil value, there is nothing here

The rns on 25th may gives the share value at -.48 Euro, about -35p

I just kept it simple in my calculation, and kept assets / liabilities and the net worth as separate transactions, what the RNS states is they estimate to be 18million euros better off as an accounting perspective,but they start at minus 42million as a net worth

Few small trades, huge spread, look at the history in trades, this share does it quite a bit

RNS is accurate, it states these are what calculations a PI should make to the accounts, it doesn't state what the accounts will look like, the company is technically 18million Euro better off, but as it's already over 40million negative net worth it is immaterial, net asset position in the accounts is -35p a share

RNS states it estimates the effect on the accounts and not that this will be the position
