I think that they may choose to use bigger rigs for these two, well worth the extra cost if they are available.

Now that we know the numbers

MCAP before dilution
55 pence X 161,000,000 = £88,550,000
post dilution
MCap = £88,550,000 plus funds raised
£9million raised at 40 pence = 22-5 million extra shares.
MCap post raise therefore £88.55m plus £9 million. = £97.5 million
Divided by 183,203,095 total shares
= 53.2 pence per share.
NEGLIGIBLE EFFECT ON SHARE PRICE
You would be a fool to sell on this dip.

Shore Capital were 100% insiders prior to the placing, and could not have issued an optimistic Broker note prior to the placing, as it would be construed as misleading the market.

Now this is clear, they can, and will issue one.

My guess is that they will increase to 75 pence as soon as there is another positive RNS.

My guess is two.
The first being an announcement on the placing, oversubscribed and at North of 40 pence.
To sweeten the bitter pill, I think that we may have another announcement with good news on the condensates, we will see very soon.
Canada took the news far harder than it needed to, I hope that we will see a similar dip over here, and although I have suffered a 20% paper loss, it is a great opportunity to load up, if the SP dips.
I suspect that it will be no trade for the first 30 minutes, we shall see.
