One has to ask oneself, is COG an R & D company , or a business ?

All very well the huge industry salaries the CFO and CEO get according to their contracts, but - should they get bonuses, etc, for trying to sell the company and the shareholders down the river? I don’t think so. Up against the wall, if you ask me.
What I really fail to comprehend is their motive for such behaviour? That has never truly been explained? What were they to garner from it all?
They do have to go - because that is one of the core reasons institutions are not investing. Blighted management.
Anyway, O&G companies are not flavour of the year by a long chalk. HUR’s excellent fiscal status is just not powerful enough to attract the outside enthusiasm. Weekly rant over; back to the golf course for me. GLA!

In my opinion, it was Stobie's departure that signalled there was something amiss with HUR's numbers. He was a true professional corporate accountant, whereas the rest were hopers and wildcatters, as is common in O&G.
I should have dumped the shares then, but was hypnotised by greed and false management promises.
I am sure he had to sign an NDA to keep the goodies package he was on.
One should always look into why a CFO leaves a firm, as he knows the true value of a business.

DYOR2 - Exactly! Quite right DYOR2 -Investors need to know the forward plan! If CA knows about a plan, and we don’t then that’s illegal. Everybody please email, call, or whatever, to the BoD for a plan?. If there is none, then why?
It will be too late in the year to wait and see the bonds paid off, than come up with something. The bond money could be held in escrow, or paid off now (to include interest to July)!
No plan, no hope of new investors! SP will languish……
