Eurofil - I said before I have no intention of buying more HUR shares, even at 1p. Like for many LTHs, HUR has been a big disappointment. So don't get your knickers in a twist.
Also, so why is the SP not reflecting the facts you demonstrate? Ay plan is the future - not what we all know already ...

No plan.... No prospects.....No incentive to invest.

Flypie - The Worries seem to outweigh the upwards reasons. Those reasons are well known by all the O&G watchers. Their 'plan', Well 8 , is rubbished by most with some knowledge.
The mid year report can be calculated pretty roughly already.
A PLAN that the market approves of is the only thing that is going to install confidence to invest. Not the appalling unpopular management.
CA will sort their problem out, or take over the whole company. And everybody will acquiesce to the price of whatever bid that comes forth.

Because of the lacklustre AGM, devoid of a 'PLAN', and enthusiasm, the trading volume will drop to a trickle until something to excite crops up.

Flyingpie - I totally agree with you. However there are those that pay them a lot for their services and have done so for many , many, years ....I think it's all after the fact. When they get it wrong, you don't see them for dust.

Daltry, like you, is still long a few hundred thousand shares. I certainly don't want more, even at 1p! Tell me, why is it not going up? The BoD clearly won that round against the BBposters. .
They will go at their pace, not yours. If you want action get EI19 on the BoD. Someone with experience, and knowledge. Don't waste your time telling me how dull people are if things are not going your way. I am way past sticks and stones.
I bear no one malice to any poster, as we are all suffering with HUR's SP. .....And we don't know why.

Now comes the time the BoD award themselves hundreds of thousands of share options as well as pension deals , bonuses, and all the other 'money-for-doing-nothing' scams.
We definitely need a director on the BoD - or you might as well shut down this BB !
I am told by a chartist its a sell, and that he'll buy when it gets down to 5.6p and breaks through the downward trend. .. Not a technical man myself. ...

If IIs take on a share for their clients they add much, much, more needed capital, and if they are unhappy, they(especially collectively) have the power of their holding size to influence the BoD. Representation. So, if PIs want influence, then they need representation. Senseman would be ideal……

I am not surprised with the AGM. PI’s are a nuisance. They are there for profit only. They just add liquidity to the trading market volume. Unless you are represented on the BoD, you might as well sit on your hands and see the outcome of the SP. I have been on the board of a public company, and the last thing we needed is whinging PIs trying to influence the BoD’s stance. PI’s are just friction.
They, the elected BoD write the rules and rewards.

Schlemiel - We will see what we see. What you say is all 'known', and the SP still is a penny share. Why is that?
As for your 'advice' on when to sell or not, I will try really hard to make up my own mind, thank you.

If there is no plan, and the BoD’s head is in the sand, then most of my pals in this share are gone.

Having looked at HUR's AGMs since 2005, I think it will be a 'damp squib' just like all the others.
