What do they do all day?

Proposal No. 9 for the AGM is so the BoD can award themselves all sorts of golden shares , options, and pension rewards for doing SFA. This free greed grab of around 5-10% of the company is quite common with wildcat O&G companies, and is more usual when they first discover the oil etc.
Vote against the motion.
Make them pay for their shares, and risk their money like we do!
I have a huge distrust for this BoD - apart from the CApeople, who are just here to make a profit like the rest of us.
As for the SP , I can’t understand in whose interest it is to be so suppressed.

Scagmelag- you are missing nothing. The MMs have always controlled this SP. This is the most frustrating share I have ever owned. That’s saying something, having been a US broker for Merrill LynchPFS for quite a few years in the 70’s.
I asked the Co Sec who were the market makers? He, some local solicitor twit, wouldn’t tell me. I don’t think he even really knew…There are many amateur overpaid employees at HUR. I think everyone assumes the debt is pretty much sorted.
What is needed is A PLAN ! The SP is based on the future prospects of the company, i.e. A PLAN.
To survive a PLAN is , foremost, essential and paramount.
Without a PLAN, what is the future?
Are the BoD going to sit on their backsides, raking in the PoO windfall, and say, "Aren't we so clever. Didn't we do well!"
Investors need A PLAN to invest into.

No offence intended. IMO anyone who truly knew what was going to happen would be as rich as Elon!, This share is and always has been manipulated. Can’t be proved. I rue the day I ever heard of it! I won’t be investing in AIM shares again. Bent market, IMO.
