Carpking - Nothing wrong with HUR - except for two bad apples in the management barrel. The newly appointed CFO and the CEO. They tried to pull the rug over shareholders’ eyes but we’re proven - in court - to be out of order. Thus, confidence and credibility are lacking here. Until they go, there is a blight on this share’s reputation. This is a one trick pony penny share - enjoying the PoO benefits - to the extent of being fiscally solvent with excellent prospects.

Maris got the job because he, at some time, had worked for a fractured basement oil company in South East Asia. The 'experience angle'. HUR was rudderless and it was desperate for anyone to take the job on. Remember it all looked bad for HUR at the time. I also would like to know when and why he left his last job? Those Far East plum ex pat jobs are usually tax free with a huge amount of benefits; like kids' UK public school education, medical, fat pension etc etc. Maybe he was just useless. Not maybe. He is destructive and useless ! I'll bet he couldn't believe his luck when the fat cat HUR job came up?

This company SP will still go nowhere with Maris and his CFO sidekick at the helm. Investors do not like erratic poor lying management. AIM is rife with it. They DO NEED TO GO. We need RESPECTED people running this company. Many institutional investors look very hard at the quality of the management before the pretty figures etc.
I cannot stress this problem makes to the SP enough.

The Co Sec at that time was just a convenient small time very local lawyer nobody, who was probably given the job because of his acquiescence, and didn’t really sound like he knew anything. Loads of firms have these lawyers as Co Sec: who just do what they are told, and fulfil their Co Sec duties according to the legal requirement. Fee Money for old rope, just filling in forms. No decision making or HUR policy stuff. He certainly didn’t want to talk to a shareholder of HUR. Probably well out of his depth regarding the court case…….

About a year ago, I wanted to know who were the market makers for HUR. Andi Kay and Doug Haggis - we thought the SP was being manipulated. The PR guy (ask Doug Haggistrap about him!) for HUR wouldn’t tell me. He said it was ‘confidential’! He left with the other resignations.
So, I asked the Co Sec (yes a lawyer). He also wouldn’t divulge. It all seemed incestuous. PIs we’re an annoyance. That was prior to the court case. He definitely ought to go with the CEO and CFO. Collusion.

It wouldn’t surprise me to see CA take over HUR for themselves. They, more than most, have the understanding of HUR’s status, value, and potential!
I wouldn’t bet against it occurring.
