Whilst HUR is transitioning from a debt laden high risk company to one without debt, and with an enviable income stream, the BoD ought to give some serious consideration to moving from AIM to the main market. This subject should be discussed here, and at the AGM.

First it needs to find competent respectable replacements for the two rotten eggs directors, CEO and CFO. The SP isn"t going anywhere with them still there to corrupt and cast a shadow on the business. Most shareholders will not let this rest. We should all register to vote them right out at the next AGM. Contact your broker in good time and tell them you want to vote. It is only the PoO that is supporting this share and bond repayments at the moment.

The 2 bad-egg directors CEO and CFO are what is not trusted with HUR.
With them gone, and credibility and trust restored things will definitely improve.
The PoO is what is driving the SP now.
It would be a real tragedy if those two were allowed to stay on the BoD !

Brave and noble as they are., the Ukraine government would save considerable loss of life and suffering if they surrendered. Then, Let the world disrupt Russian sentiment so much the Kremlin is ousted and a new order is established. It will also deter PRChina from doing the same thing with Taiwan.

It would not surprise me if our Govt put on a windfall tax on Oil Companies
due to the advantageous price hike we have seen.
It would help its deficit.

China is closely watching the Ukraine geopolitical situation with regard to its intended return of Formosa(Taiwan) back into its fold. The two scenarios are almost identical. China will see how the world currently reacts, although its exports are more important to its economy.
