Volume seems very low all things considered. Perhaps everyone has written it off and is in for a final roll of the dice with the arbitration?
I wonder if this could be a blessing in disguise…don’t want to sound too optimistic, but if sea lion reverts back to be 100% owned by rkh, we get a decent payout from arbitration and oil price continues up as many forecasts suggest, then maybe we still have a fighting chance.
What baffles me is that it is small retail investors that have to stand up to the board and that institutions seemingly don’t have an issue with Sam Moody’s obvious incompetence!

I simply observed that crying about the missing arbitration result every day and that somehow Sam needs to do something about it, is a bit silly. This is just about the single one of our long list of gripes that he is not to blame for

So Godders, in this particular case, what would you have him do that would adequately manage your expectations? Issue an RNS every day that he still haven’t heard from the Tribunal?? Jeez I can’t believe you are making me defend Sam here, but this is well and truly out of his control (which is why we may have a little hope of a successful outcome).

Could the delay be a last minute attempt at a settlement from the Italians? I seems odd to have stated in June that they expect an award decision in the course of July, and then not meet that deadline?
I’m starting to feel this leans in favour of a very good outcome for us… but fully prepared to be disappointed as usual

Garbled/Essex/Falklandinvestor… or whatever name you are using today. The aim is not to change the BOD, but to ensure some degree of financial discipline before we go bust. Investors have lost fortunes for 10+ years while Sam has been milking our company, and it is finally starting to ****s enough people off. It’s hardly a faceless BB trying to achieve this, when it requires names and holdings statements to prove we meet the minimum threshold.
I know these concerns doesn’t apply to you as you have always been privy to insider information (or at least that’s the impression you like to give) making you the only person alive besides our BOD to have made money on RKH. And your massive shareholding of Argos being a slam dunk jackpot will make you a gazillionaire as soon as they start to sell all that gas they have, so I totally understand why you don’t onboard with this.
