All fair points, but isn’t the no confidence that the market has in rkh’s chance of succes’s, exactly what makes it a buy at these prices??. A speculative buy for sure, but you can’t deny the potential. If I was basing my investment at this point solely on Sam Moodys ability to build an oil producing company, I would sell today. But as I see it, this is a binary bet with good odds. I may lose it all, but the upside in the success scenario is absolutely massive, and the success now depends mostly on Navitas, less on the OM outcome and only a little on Sam Moody’s abilities. Let us not forget that the upside here is stupendous, which is why rkh have such loyal (and frustrated) followers

Boboil.. I am afraid you have got a case of what is commonly known as Garbled-syndrome. It comes from reading too many Garbled posts. After long exposure to a steady volume of antagonising, pretentious and utterly meaningless drivel, it breaks through and gets under your skin, where it can remain indefinitely until adequate time away from any Falkland Oil bulletin boards is taken. While it lasts, it can leave you in a temporary state of insanity. It has claimed many victims over the years and currently Bigred7 has a severe case of Garbled Syndrome and we all pray for him. But as a battle-hardened Falkland oil bulletin board veteran, who have survived several serious outbreaks, i can comfort you in saying that it does get better after a few weeks away from the bulletin boards. Unfortunately it is a bit like Herpes.. once you got it, an outbreak can come at anytime, so limit your exposure and only log on when your immune system is strong and you are not stressed. Stay strong...Garbled is here to stay, so all we can do is accept that every village has one, and take time off as required.

I disagree with that. Liberations are closed. Italy have had every opportunity to settle along the way. The only reason they would want to settle now is if they are pretty much certain that they are about to lose big… So I don’t see that being in our interest at all… just my 10 cents

Given the pace of proceedings, you’d be mad to expect an award to be announced any sooner than one minute to midnight 180 days from now. Don’t set yourself up for that disappointment. But this is really it isn’t it? It’s hard to see anything but an act of God delaying this any further now, so we just need to keep the lights on for another 6 month. I don’t believe for a second that this would have been dragged on for this long, if we were not due a decent sum of money. If not then this international court have just made itself obsolete and irrelevant. If they don’t rule against a blatant breach of contract such as this, then under which circumstances would they?
Dare I say it’s game on…?

I have asked this question a while ago but don’t think it was ever answered conclusively; does anyone know if any award we might win is taxable? And if so where?

Buzzthomas, If internal Italian matters could delay or otherwise influence ICSID proceedings, then I’m pretty confident that this case was lost before it was filed.

Personally I don’t see the equity raise as a real possibility. Who in their right minds would throw more money at this? This company has a solid 10 year track record of wasting, pilfering and giving away both money and assets without a single value creation to show for! They have literally squandered 100’s of million of dollars and made themselves rich in the process. Say they wanted to raise 10 mio £, and assuming an offer price of 4p, that would mean more than 50% more shares, and would only keep the lights on for another year or so.
I would love to hear why people think this is an option that has any realistic chance of success? I for one will not throw any more money after this, even at 1p, just for these jokers to collect another pay check and a bonus.

4,5 years and counting since this case was registered with ICSID- for reference World War 1 lasted less than that!!! What an absolute joke this kangaroo court is!
