Me too, and after all the stocks recovered......missed out there

My first penny stock SYME, the financial company the was going to shake up the world, totally nonsense. So much promised in the RNS updates that appears to have been fictitious.. So there is little regulation here..

I still occasionally follow Syme, from when it was 0.5p, nothing has turned out has claimed, all the tech platforms that were in place, created by the company, seem to be fictitious, as third parties seem to slowly be providing what they claimed to have in place.. all the clients, and their associated funders, all had non disclosure clauses apparently, there is no proof they ever existed, as they never happened... still going, same narrative.. amazing..
Expensive lesson that one..

Not sure AIM is about investing, more trading, at times brutal if your on the wrong side of news..other times amazing gains if you dont get talked into holding long term, and then caught by the bad news... lol

Tro, is waiting on EST results, in at a low point..

Mind you getting in early on He1, for me has been a bad move, keeping me out of the trading range, I paid too much.
Was claimed to be funded and completion of MOU due, that was this time last year.. pure porkies ..

Less dilution then, what was the metal that attracted the Chinese..?

Been listening to the idea that after the US demonstrated to the world they could confiscate your wealth, that other countries are likely to reduce their dollar stashes , and are looking to create a gold backed currency as an alternative..
Apparently 2022 seen increased gold buying as a result, also less is coming out of the ground..
Also mentions increased Chinese interest in gold mining, resources and the likes..

I am not sure about TM1 as an investment, so not really followed after my initial research and will sound skeptical..
But missed out on some good TM1 bounces from the lows...

I'm sure you will do your own research but in brief the company has 2 pronged approach for a circular economy.
On the one hand it is exploring for battery metals in areas of Ireland and USA
On the other hand it will be recycling batteries

Intention being that the steady ( and increasing with EV ) income from the recycling will fund the exploration, which should hopefully then be pretty much self funding with less requirement for fund raises and dilution ( theoretically)

It's pretty quiet there at the moment and price has been drifting down - I think this is mostly due to waiting for the environmental agency permits for the recycling factories to come through and that's taken ages ( typical government agency slow pace ) other than the permits the 2 factories should be ready to go

so there could be several opportunities for spikes when the permits are granted and through drilling"

The battery box ?
EV batteries must be safe to transport and handle, end of the day they need to get from the manufacturer to the car plants. Where they will be handled in the fitting process..
Then the battery packs need to be safe in the vehicle, and safe for motor technicians to test and remove if necessary..
If they are removed to be replaced, then they need to be safe to store, and transport to where ever they go next..

So not sure about that box ?

What type of batteries are they recycling at the moment, and what sort are those new plants doing?

Lead batteries have been recycled for years, and used Lithium phone batteries are available on-line.
Supermarkets have household battery recycling points..

And I would imagine there will be companies who will find the faulty battery/cell, within an EV pack, and replace as required.. Otherwise EV car ownership will have an expensive downside, and a huge amount of good batteries will be wasted.. But I guess that depends on the build quality and reliability of batteries, especially Chinese stuff

AIM is dodgier than DM
look at PRD, taken down to sub 3p(2.85 low) from +8p on open, on news of drilling stopping, yet the market valued it a +5.5p(5.88 hi). thats a 100% gain from low to high...thats some opportunity for the MM to load their books...??

And with no change, other than sentiment, today +6.5p..
I find it hard to believe PI were willing take those kind of losses on such news..

So it must be worked, otherwise there would be a more gradual decline to whats considered fair value..maybe an initial drop, 30% then the market does the rest..

So I think it is possible that admission day we see a blip, it will be worth checking the charts to see how 88e's MM have played the cleansing note in the past.. might be an opportunity worth being prepared for..

What sorting of funding did they get, placing. loan, forward sales ?

looks like ASX will announce a cleansing note on the date the shares are admitted to market..

My little experience is that can cause a big fall on AIM, so until recently I thought thats when the shares would start trading, causing the fall, but recently discovered forward selling is legal in the UK..
I have noticed the share admission day is not always announced, so no fall,

Not sure whats going to happen as its obvious 88e shares, in the UK are being forward sold, as we had the fall and show 1 Billion volume in 2 days..

But its AIM and any excuse to create a dip??

Are their new factories for lead acid batteries, if so those have been recycled for decades..
Then I am not quite sure about its past ownership structure..
But it bounces of the lows, at the moment :)

Could be missed data, I noticed for some of my shares, the trades listed on LSE were 35 minutes delayed.
And noticed a few other data mismatches late afternoon

You would'nt get 10% from your pension manager in a year, so its fantastic in a day, as long as you dont blow it like I tend to do, by following up with a bad trade
