Its a win for both if they sign contracts
The Rig is designed to drill top of hole, prepared surface casing, and a few sections down, before a tower rig drills the rest.... designed to save costs

Anyway we now have an AGM and speculation of rig announcement and historical a very low entry price..

So have taken a gamble and added, as some times just the AGM gives a rise..

@Gogs, good find there, I have a xml command to check Cluff web site for modifications, although it shows the dates for the drilling page "saying the predator was available "
nothing is showing the news page....,

@TTS, I worked on a project, needed a tester,that the test equipment provider did'nt hold or really want, and my company would'nt buy, policy as they rented,,..
