No it will be a second one so the down time shoud be minimal. I think that they are drilling over the next 12 months but after the 4th well they can’t be connected until the new membrane arrives. It will be interesting to see the plans for this year around drilling as we haven’t been told the plans yet

Hopefully an interview will drop early next week with a bit more information on the purchase . I’d like to know the schedule for the 4th well to be completed as that’s been going on for ages now plus the further drills.

The membrane in not too sure tbh. It’s separate to the main plant so I guess they do all the work then at the plant change the inlet pipes to accept two pipes rather than 1.

I think the shares were forward sold hence the big drop over the last month.

In terms of downsides its the drilling of inez, they basically lost part of the drill before so they had to fish it out or do a diversion (I cant remember what is called lol) Hopefully they can get it producing but this has been going on for a few months. It might be delayed due to the rig they are actually buying but I dont really know, that sides gone a bit criptic...

The membrane basically is like a rubber film it lets helium through it but prevents the other gasses flowing through so the gas that actually goes into the machine is helium so its more effiecient than pumping loads of gas in but its only a small amount is helium. Its a quick add on, from what I understand the membrane sits outside so te pipes come together from the wells and then through the membrane and into the machine so to add an extra membrane it shouldnt mean too much down time. I believe it takes 3-4 months to get a new membrane so its like a long lead item they need to order quite far in advance.

In terms of my own play, if this sp shot up 20% in the next month Id prob sell but with it being in the early 30's before the raise I cant see why it cant get to them levels before this side of Christmas so I feel its a good play either very short or one to hold longer term as this raise actually buys material things plus 4 wells rather than just all going on speculative wells.

I tried to get in on the bell and got a quote to buy of circa 23.88 but held off incase it dropped further but it rose so I managed to get about 5k at 24 pence. Hopefully this does well in the coming months.

Bos mr helium so he must of seen this oppertunity and decided it was worth the investment.

The kicker for me is the sp in the last month. It was mid 30’s at the start of June now they’re raising at 22 pence. I’m buying in today as I feel you guys have been done over but as a new investor this is an incredible entry point.

Hex have screwed over the lth they have just done a big raise and whilst it’s not a big discount the sp was 45 pence only a few months ago and now a placing at 22 pence.

I’ve been waiting for something like this so I’ll go on tomorrow and hopefully get a good return in the near future!

The Rig is due in September so really nothing of note will happen now for 2 months. I dont think they have said when its due before so I think the SP will drift a bit as people go else where and you can see a drift over the summer months anyways.

Im still tempted by this but still has many red flags.

I expected a bigger rise into this. Deffo one to watch as if good news drops it could go on a run. I bet this will drop intraday they always seem to do these rns's during the day so by the time you read it the sp has already shot up.

Its pulled back due to the lack of news but it offers a 20% return which isnt bad in a short while.

The sp has pulled back since I sold up so if positive news I can always buy back in. I’ll prob buy back in immediately anyways.

I reported Kevin round's nonsensical disinformation about " the renewables being worth pennies " and him calculating the numbers - which " proved " that a farm out would not be financially viable for a farmer which he based on a field lasting 5 years - to MATD a while back, and he has since vanished off the board. I will do the same as regards this " corpse ' character.

I don’t post much any more after I sold up, however I should clear this up. I was showing the payback of the initial investment of an investment not suggesting it had a lifespan of 5 years…..
