I don’t track the buys and sells but you’re usually the first to point out a big buy. Usually your getting excited by a 10k purchase but like I said I don’t actively look at the trades so I’ll have to take your word on it.

I dont remember seeing many big buys, maybe the odd 10k but that's not anything super exciting. The biggest buy today was/ is less than 2k.

Just looking at this Dai, it seems like things are moving very slowly so one Ill miss for now but when the drilling is confirmed it might start to move quickly so may be worth a gamble.

I suppose the big diffferenve Kev is MATD are debt free. Don’t have massive lease liabilities. Don’t have a massive pension fund deficit etc etc

Look at COPL: fab assets but debt and bondholders

I 100% agree no debt is a benefit but lth's have been diluted many times in the past to ensure they remain debt free.

If the farmout comes through we will all do well out of this (hopefully lth's can get back to their average purchase price). If it falls through historically the company has used raises rather than debt so you can imagine what will happen. We just have to sit on our hands and wait for the next update may that be positive or negative.

Also not going ball deep helps so if you have a bad investment it doesn't destroy your portfolio (que lots of hateful comments about that)

Look at ALL (Atlantic Lithium) the SP has been way higher and then last week the board recommended accepting a low ball offer leaving most lth's out of pocket.

Investing is not easy as you point out and many loose money as they chop and change every few days, investing/ trading is about understanding the market and researching a company and hoping for the best. MATD could delist tomorrow for all we know so you have just got to hope you have researched a company and you'll do well out of it.

Up to means at most. The average producing well in the area is under 100 bpd so I can’t see a cheap work over increasing heron from around 150 to 15000 bpd….

Id buy in ready for the drill but the money doesn't seem set so I agree they may end up raising to cover the costs of this drill. The farm out/ jv doesnt seem to be getting over the line.

Maybe they have announced the low ball offer to try and drum up more interest from other parties.

Id be very shocked if no news drops before the agm, they usually give a detailed update so they can answer peoples questions. Even if its a case of the farm out is "ongoing" least people know its still going ahead. I suspect a detailed update around Sunsteppe will drop too.
