Matd, done it again, considering the share was recently 5p, announced a fund raise at 2. 5p
Not massive, about $5m, but whopping discount

I dont know, people have been pushing dilution for a while now, seemed to have gone from the next GGP & 0.12p- 0.23p, to never ending dilution, and back to 0.125p

Seems to me much of it is kept out of view of us lot, I only know forward selling happens in the UK as I found an article about a company that messed up, forward selling shares that did'nt get approved when voted.. so were fined..

I was wondering about those 0.6p +Million share trades..which I assumed were sells based on the spread..0.6/0.65
But the new shares wont be admitted to trading until around the 14th.
Which makes me wonder if they can put those placing shares onto the system in advanced??

And I guess our buys are orders that cant be fully settled until those shares are listed.

then , just seconds, either side of my small 0.61p buy are +Million 0.6p trades, which I am now thinking are also buys..??

Googling forward selling doesnt come up with much

here is something to think about, todays 88e trades, most of the day the spread has been 0.6/0.65.
I bought end of the day at 0.61p when I noticed trades going through at 0.6p which I assumed were sells as I was initially getting quotes at 0.62Xp... But which PI is going to sell??

The placing shares, I guess are being forward sold, and are not available for trading until 14 feb, so I guess cant physically be listed as a sell as they are not on the system yet..

So are we buying on good faith, until the transaction completes in about 2 weeks time ??

So was wondering if those 0.6p trades are buys, a better price for a larger order, since they were all 2-3m, keeping up moment..

I have been looking at a TR1 on Tomco, SpreadEx Ltd, which makes you think Mmmmm..spread betting long/short
Anyway they have just sold 13m shares, producing the Tr1
But 2 days later I cant get a quote to sell 100k shares, which makes you think Mmmmmmmm
When they were selling the price was going up, toooo. Mmmmmmm

You have to question spreadex ltd being a major holder..
But looks like the smart money has been selling, and MM obliged.

I could'nt get a quote on 100,000 to sell this afternoon..
Just guess there were no buyers..
So I dont have a clue how spreadex managed to off-load 13m shares

through my limited experience I thought 100m was the standard allocation each year, then any more required approval at the AGM.. But don't see to be able to find the last AGMs resolutions, to have a look ?

I was'nt sure if the March date would be a little off putting
But wasup to watch it unfold, as suspect there will be few more this year having funding issues
And I am suspicious of the markets strong rise, with all the strikes, people cutting back and inflation..
So not happy having money stuck in He1..

maybe its sign, but we just dont know it...

its a difficult one, but I would say its a buy..
on the fact, if that was a large sell, then I would expect the MM to pay less for having to off-load so many..
But normally you pay a premium for a large buy..so not sure
