I am thinking there is a good chance it will do well, it hit 0.75p with 3 overheads
Raise, Permit, and Rig at PANR..
So the biggy is out of the way..

Also it has a record of good gains for the trader..

Yet I am sat with probably my smallest position on a spud, after EOG and He1 giving me a good slapping with a wet fish..
Probably 1/7th of my ADV and He1 phase 1 positions....
I did the same with PRD, about 1/7th, fear..lol

Not sure why anybody is expecting an update on the rig so soon,
Those rig operator calls are probably for a water well at the end of his garden, he just forgot to mention that part.

They can RNS any news they feel, He1 produced a RNS for the publication of an academic paper, even though they update on twitter. Certainly was not price sensitive..

With a share price sliding on delays, I think it would be beneficial to release news of that fuel leaving customs

Copl, No I did'nt really know what it would do..
Could have made a wack this morning if bought yesterday, low 5p, just hit 9.1p....so would have been worth just a few hundred pounds punt...

88e, Be careful with all in, still needs drilling permit, and rig from PANR..
So still risks, as Invictus rig required repairs, and without a permit there is no drill..
mind you I am thinking much the same, as has the potential to regain all my he1 losses
And on past form its unlikely DM has a rig unless that predator becomes available
So even regaining half my losses, will allow a bigger position than just holding, and a chance to be on the right side of the share price..

With £10m in the bank, why is'nt the 100m standard share allocation enough, that should get them up to another £10m, based on all their 2022 claims..?

I cant see them achieving much more than 1 drill this year, Tai, and maybe getting a mining licence sorted.
On past performance that will be an exceptional year..
Then next year they can ask for a greater allocation, ...

I also dont see why they need everyone to waive their pre-emption rights either, as they already have funding for an O&G tower rig, so its not very likely they will have a reason for an urgent cash raise..?

88e, looks like you got a good top up price, looks to be trading 0.625/0.637 with bid/ask 0.6/0.65,
I think Its going to multi-bag, over 200m of upto 1,579m placing shares in about 30 minutes..

We missed a 50%er with COPL, but not seeing one of those with such a short time to sort finances, best just to watch..

I dont have a clue what the price will do tomorrow, will people sell hoping to buy back lower..
Would people buy, as its likely a discounted raise but could be something else.

Unless ASX decides otherwise,the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 6 February 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market

@Latorre, What really confuses me, he is so keen to save costs, yet was willing to spend £40k, absolutely no benefit what so ever to He1 or its share holders after a fruitless year...
