Forget my estimates especially using 2.70p in any calculation,,,,

Just noticed there have been two placing since June 30th 2.70p per share Nav.. There was 274,256,642 shares compared to todays 526,662,106..

£7,404,929(274mx 2.70p)

July raised gross proceeds of £925,000 (the "Placing") through the issue of 92,500,000

Dec raised gross proceeds of £490,000 (the "Placing") through the issue of 81,666,666

Simply adding gross cash(so rough)

£8,819,929/526,662,106=1.675p ????? Maybe a penny less... don't know

Maybe 2.2-2.70p , giving up now, no drill here :(

Other thing, Sept 27th interim they include details of the July IR acquisition, but the Nav per share 2.70p is for June 30th. No indication of value Landvaults adds , or premium IR paid.

So assuming IR paid full cost, no premium, 19.1% is £6m or 1.1p share, 1.1p of the 2.70p

Using something amiss, 19.1% of $57m, $10.9m or £8.4m, about 1.67p per share

Or the $75m valuation closer to 2p per share

So maybe a Nav of 3.20p-3.70p..or more lol

Something amiss ....people using $12.25bn valuation and not considering share holder dilution

IR raised $3billion in cash increasing iR's indicative valuation to US$12.25 billion.

I would suspect somebody else now has a $3bn share, so before those guys bought in IR valuation must have been $9.25m or below.. That would suggest an increase of about 1/3 in holdings, and that new somebody owns ~25% of the company.. Unless they just handed over the cash? Would it be any different to a listed company, maybe its $3bn for royalties..

That means my method is wrong, as it does not take into account any change ownership(if)

Probably a safer estimate is using $9.25bn,(without the new investment)

So I estimate its 19.1% of $57m, $10.9m or £8.4m, about 1.67p per share

An extra £2.4m above the hoped for £6m..

All just guessing with details of the funding

Something that makes me think Mmmmmm, surely Mindflair know the change in valuation of their 19.1% holding, even if an estimate but they have presented a mathematical puzzle.

SVV1 has a 7% shareholding in Landvault and Infinite Reality is expected to seek a listing on Nasdaq. This transaction has the potential to generate proceeds of circa US$6 million for Mindflair, although there can be no guarantee that a listing will take place.

526,662,106 shares in issue, IR worth ~2p on its own, maybe 0.85p before, so Nav must be close to 3.7p now... With the publicity could see a good rise tomorrow ?????

Valuing on funding is a little crazy as I would have thought thats money they need to keep going, unless with sums like that they use the interest payments for cash burn..

Other than the dollar vs pound I haven't embarrassed myself too much :)

As it seems a MC £3m was already way below that 19% £5m valuation

Last year Horult would have called that as he was sharp on late updates...

So opened at 0.6, closed at 1.2 to buy, 100%.. MC doubled to £6.11m, so £3m gain in 1.5 hours..

So Mindflair holds a 13% direct interest in SVV1 and a 6.1% indirect , 19.1% total

July 2024, 19.1% of $31.5m=$6.02m,

Jan 2025, 19.1% of $75,66m=$14.45m

Until today Mindflair traded at ~£3m, I must have something wrong here, I wonder if the shares have been diluted 88e style

BB speculation that tendering is related to the ML approval?

Surely they put out tenders for all the work so far rather than going straight to overseas companies and paying top dollar....

Any thoughts that it may signify licence approval ?

With so many big rises lately it might be worth scanning the 7am updates, GENI clipped 10p, low was about 3.5p

Yep, those guides are written for people who understand what they are reading. I certainly don't know for sure which of those options applies here, maybe its both at different phases but 10 days is what we keep being told, not 60... so may make 10-20, maybe 30 days
