Sharetrader: your reaction was the same as mine until I realsed that the 2.8 Moz only covers a tiny area around the old mine. I'm not bothered enough to research the in's and out's of the issue but I think you'll find that in time the area studied and included in the future JORC will grow substantially along with the JORC.

Faren: I did read somewhere (don't recall where) that Zambia had banned all export of Sulphuric acid to prioritise Zambian industry. Best check the story though.

I agree Coldfeet. To pick out notable Cu concentrations would be to cherry pick. Using the XRF kit has a weakness that it does cherry pick (or rather the user causes that to happen).

When I read that the grades were based on an XRF I was disappointed because it was the first I'd heard of it and assumed I was mistaken in thinking the samples had been to the lab.

Looty: maybe the issue has arisen due to the geology being driven by Galileo and it is one of their geologist that has to sign it off. Poor communication between the two ?

RELLIM: I watched the video and it is similar to others I've seen. Does seem the silver stocks are running short but what I noticed was a few things that are of no relevance to Alien. At one point I noticed the the name Morgan was spelt Morgon and Brinks was spelt as Bricks. Harmless errors or is somebody worried about trade marks ? Could it be AI ?

Seems very quiet here considering the sp movement on Friday. Looks like the first faltering steps over the last few months has just had a kick up the back-side and we are on our way. Don't want to jinx it but things are looking positive.....

Jezzoo:what you suggest sounds right but I'd be surprised if the sp woud rise so much if one was a sell !

Bit of a retreat today but quite pleased with the slow but steady improvement in the sp since mid December. If the time frame published is kept then this could progress quickly in the next few months.

Hi B_P, have to agree that this year should be good assuming timelines are achieved. Production from Silver King and antimony from Morocco should mean a real up tick to the sp. Still under the radar at the moment.

The XTR sp has been uncharacteristically stable since the JV RNS considering the way the metal prices and general market has been lately.

Hpefully a good sign for the future.

I put the lack of northward action in the sp being due to two factors.

1) the fact the timing relative to the silver price drop could not have been worse - just plain bad luck and

2) the fact the market had 3 days of warning that good results were about to come out. This allowed all of the traders to take a position and then dump the shares when a profit was there to take in the first few hours after the announcemnet of results. This led to a rush for the door.

This will turn once the dust has settled, especially if silver can reclaim some of its shine.

Interesting move up on little more than a recovering copper price....

Thanks Ben but we are still waiting for results from 21, 22 & 24. Would have thought these would have been relevant but accept that previous results are already good.
