Not really the RNS we wanted to see. Kind of assumed that drilling would be starting in NW Zambia, as pointed out we need to spend $750k by April 2025, of course it is a very interesting location next to Ivanhoe in Angola and on the hopeful 5% copper trend.

Hoping this is just a starter RNS with the main course RNS on its way at any point with an asset sale or imminent production (the former preferably).

Just hoping that those in the know are buying and those that aren’t are selling, always seems like there are plenty ready to sell when the price hits 1.15 or 1.20 which I suppose is understandable until some significant deal news hits - then the price will be over the horizon from here

Looking at recent comments it looks like there are quite a few overt and covert Farage devotees on here.

Suddenly got me a bit worried - people willing to follow a charismatic orator leader (demagogue) who constantly blames external forces and makes a lot of promises that he can’t keep (isn’t even interested in doing so) purely to raise his own profile and enjoy a financial advantage in the process

All quiet on the western front re Luansobe, only a couple of months away from the date given to start mining operations. Can only hope there is a LOT going on in the background here.

All government spending comes from tax (or should do over an economic cycle) which comes from businesses creating wealth and employing people -small businesses become big businesses so totally agree that these have been failed by successive governments

Corporation tax increases , payroll tax increases , lack of support for small businesses and reduction of entrepreneurs relief are all a massive disincentive to take on the risk and work needed to start a business

Hopefully someone has got that message

I was wondering the same : does director buying mean no imminent deal. But just saw the amount of trades today wow, must be something brewing , perhaps an offer made or some negotiations in the offing

The RNS say he bought on 20th and 21st. There were another 48 trades today on the 24th

Everyone is entitled to downtime Moneyman - one thing I believe is that cb is a worker and especially for his age puts a lot of effort into his companies (as he should) - the comms and time predictions are debatable but his companies generally are sitting on good or very good assets, with reasonable cash positions but undervalued in a dreadful AIM market.

He took a big hit with the Bushranger over promise which hasn’t helped.

Getting one good deal over the line should lead to a general reappraisal.

The management is Colin Bird plus one or two, can't see them finding 2 or 3 million to buy it , hopefully it could be a sale of one of the assets
