The license approval was mentioned on the Roast podcast today , they said that they’d spoken to Colin and that he’s waiting for the official approval letter before releasing an RNS

Yes it all seems like buying yet the share price stays the same/drops a bit. Good news we could add more with the license news pretty much confirmed - in the last couple of minutes I did just that.

Of course until there is an RNS to that effect there will be some uncertainty, but IMO significantly better off here than we were even just a few days ago GLA

I did notice a mention in the jubilee metals report out yesterday that they were setting up new deals with local smaller scale copper producers to suppliers. Knowing that Colin and Leon are close, luansobe could fit the bill to connect

OK please do shoot me down in flames on this one: the license referred to by analytical this morning 34543-HQ-SML Statunga Investments Limited is listed under SMALL-SCALE EXPLORATION LICENCE APPLICATIONS and is shown as Approved.

We are after a mining License are we not?

Haven't been able to access the portal to confirm the license that covers the open pit element as above but no reason to doubt that.

Charles is a paid promoter now working with roast pr and thereby cb so I’m agreeing with iky on that one . He was quite dismissive of afp etc a few months ago and now coming out with praise for the various companies- but people who have been invested here for real for a while do know this license is a big deal

Well if we don't have that as yet or its not foreseen as imminent then that target date is looking v iffy - there are plenty of other moving parts to starting operations which should be on track so lets hear about them , they won't just start when the license is issued - if that is the case lets hear it

I wouldn't mind one just saying that Luansobe is on track for the Sept/Oct mining start date. with relevant progress. What I personally won't accept is another v important and headlined start date just drifting past. Otherwise people like Martyn and Cooper Lemon start to demonstrate that they are just doing the same as Colin has done a lot of the last 2 years - over promising and underdelivering

Who says AI couldn’t get involved in mining? That RNS sure feels like someone whipped out the chat gpt, difficult to get a sense of what is going on. The last one at AFP mixed up XRT and XTR which isn’t a good look, not even properly proof read.

As much as the constant moaning about colin seems pointless to me if you hold shares, of course there have been some very big missteps/disappointments with CB most notably (for me) the bushranger hype up and subsequent damp squib (tho the the squib might still dry quite nicely above $10k copper...)

BUT with Luansobe especially there is an opportunity to get it right and restore some credibility. There was a VERY clear commitment to getting it in play by September/October 24 - ie we are mining it with a partner or its fully or partly sold off. This needs to be adhered to now and an update any time soon wouldn't go amiss as that start date is 5/6 months away only. What's the latest BOD?

Kamativi /Kalahari etc yes great if a deal is done in the next 6 months but I won't be that surprised or disappointed if it doesn't - but Luansobe needs to happen, to give the share price a big boost but also it can unlock the value in the other assets. Show time approaches.

The sell price here has just dropped to 0.8p which is pretty mind numbing.

If a dividend from the manica cash is not allowable due to accumulated losses, how about a share buyback programme at these very low prices? a £ million set aside to buy shares consistently over 6 months would reverse a lot of the BR dilution and give the share price a strong boost. IMO.

Definitely some unknowns here, which is why its valued at £12m and 1p and also has just gone under the radar. If you wait for the unknowns to be confirmed (eg decent asset sale, mining starting at Luansobe) then you will be paying 2p or 3p.

If you fully don't believe that these substantial events are going to happen, then probably sell now as it will only be a lot lower in 2025 if none of it comes to pass.

Just listened to the investor meet - given that they haven’t confirmed how they concentrate the Titanite for benefication I’m not surprised this has dropped to 7p - Sean admitted there is uncertainty and that bit of the presentation was very short - I hold a fair few of these so that news could be better at this stage .

So it’s material for shorters and a can give a negative view of this stock at this point -

So it’s a big inflexion point - if they can prove the process in the next few months then the volume and location speaks for itself - personally I’m holding as the upside here is huge , clearly there is risk too
