Are you serious Nodinero? That 68% is mostly held in nominee share share accounts like Hl and IG or in other words our shares and other small holders.

Per the accounts around 18% is held by directors or TR1 individuals- think there has been a new 5% TR1 since.

There are no significant institutional shareholders.

There is actually an oddity with Jim Nominees which seems to be a dormant uk company which holds 10% and I’m not sure who is behind that

Well I bought the 18.5m shares as I believe it’s undervalued, but caveat emptor and if it does take a year plus to production there’s every chance of another raise just for general overheads.

My hope is that with the announcement of financing, contractors and work starting it will be at a significantly higher level 🙏

I think CA has given a pretty good summary there, on the open pit anyway. He's using the $50 per tonne cost on underground mining when, as far as I can see, that only applies to the open pit. Likely that underground mining costs per tonne will be a chunk higher, but still very profitable.

So the numbers look good, its all about getting the license technicalities and confirming the contractor/investor partner ie who is stumping up the $12-$15 million capex number, and for what share.

But is it not possible the Deloitte review picks up new contingencies and liabilities on these large projects that have been written down? Ie new money that needs to be found to close them properly?

I did notice that the ceo n cfo dodged questions as to whether the review would affect future cash flow and that’s the big concern.

I have bought here after the big fall but can see reasons for uneasiness

Personally my expectations here are confirmed: no production by GLR and their contractors at Luansobe for at least 6 months - (originally firmly stated in early 2024 as a production start of October 2024 "at the latest" by CB and Cooper Lemon).

From what I can understand for Data's summary (thanks Data) no new date for potential GLR production at Luansobe is given. That's probably a good thing because we all know the chances of it being met.

Looks like our best hope is for competitive tension between "the Chinese" and IRH preferably with a copper price of $10k +

Looking at your post history you have referred to AFP multiple times and did so today before I referenced them, so...

one person runs all those companies and he's well overdue in making a big move in any one of them, personally I don't mind which, if its GLR then great but I'm expecting the need for patience (again)

clearly GLR has some good assets, otherwise we wouldn't be invested here

at the moment in my opinion Luansobe is going to have an AFP style wait to get into production

if you think xtr glr bzt afp are not connected you need your brains testing, big overlap in directors, brokers, shareholders and strategy.

CB can only have focus on one or 2 major things at one time and , IMO, BZT is the focus right now while Luansobe is on the backburner so prepare to be patient

a big deal on any of them and i'll be v happy

Got to say i agree with stubbs on this one as I was only looking at it this morning - the ongombo mine was in discussions with investors /contractors with a view to "fast tracking" the project - in January 2022. Nearly 3 years later and we haven't even had an update since April 2024.

I suppose thats why the BZT license news has made little difference due to the previous massive overpromising

I'm more confident tho that BZT will be quicker and funding will be demonstrated soon with mining in 2025

I also think that the ngombo project in afp has been waiting for Hope to get off the ground so that certain processing elements can be shared.

I think BZT will fast track HnG from here and I've added there, Luansobe could be quite a long wait unfortunately

I've personally been adding here the last few weeks to get my average down. When financing is actually announced and therefore a clear near term path to extraction there will be a major uplift here imho because the numbers are very good in comparison to a £4m mcap IMO
