I am seeing these pop up on more and more shares now. I am guessing some sort of automated trading bot. Bloody nuisance frankly as it makes it harder to see the trading pattern.

Intriguing little reference to ‘new initiatives’ there.

Fair enough, but don’t you think you may be being a little too honest for your own (and other’s good?). Think about it. You have proved with your own trade earlier that it takes very little to move the price as this is an illiquid share right now. Sharing your concerns may simply rattle others and encourage them to sell too, lowering the price you can achieve on your sells, and reducing the value of your remaining holding. Nobody is going to thank you for your honesty, most holders will simply get ****ed off with it and consider you a de ramper, claiming to be honest but actually seeking to depress the sp to buy cheaper. That would be a less honest position but at least more logical. People are more likely to consider a logical explanation as the real one. Just saying.

Not looking for an argument but it does seem an odd strategy, if you are reducing but still planning to hold, to talk the share down by announcing you are selling. Just seems odd to me. But each to their own.

Got to be a good thing that our partner at Dugbe effectively becomes listed. Dan alluded to this in his recent interview so I am guessing it was planned pre the deal with ARX .

Krupa will just get egg on their face because this wildly under priced offer is going to fall flat on its face!

Miles too cheap! Good to see though and will probably trigger buying and a rise in SP so good.

If you click on the fundamentals tab here you will see that LSE give our market cap as £152 million, or not far short of a £1 a share. I would give them full marks for foresight although they are just a tad premature!

Dipped my toe back in here following a long absence. The SP looks very cheap to me, given the risk profile (very low given funding in place), the previous offer, and the considerable positive news flow we can expect from this point on. A re read of the Corporate update confirms that latter point imo. Pl DYOR

Agreed. Gets most of the carrying value back that we lost on the sale of Yooya and gives us a 10.65% stake of the first UK co (I believe) into the Chinese cannabis market. Got to be decent.

AIM is screwed up generally imo and the prices of shares in all sorts of companies defy logic with regularity. Not always the fault of the system. It’s partly driven by the ‘herd mentality’ and the fact that the market is dominated by short term traders that aren’t really interested in the fundamentals and trade on momentum etc. I do agree though that our main problem here is, and has been for a long while, a persistent seller, along with, possibly, mms managing the price to allow certain big buyers in. MMS are not interested in the fundamentals either, just in creating volume and margin the best way they can for their bottom line.

Bloody annoying frankly if we missed some buys and a bit more of a rise because of this. Still, overall, a very good day for EMH.

Well I have done some research today and invested. Looks like a great company to me that is going places. Rapidly increasing revenues, moving into profit, widening product range and geographical markets, cash in the bank, and hasn’t yet had the boom other micro Pharmas have had, despite a coronavirus dimension to it. Apparently being held back by selling, perhaps because of earlier placings at a lower level, but that’s fine by me, as it’s given me a decent entry and I am happy to wait for the reward that I think is coming. The last trading update was amazing and sooner or later the herd will arrive with all their profits from other Covid stocks that have had their run. They will want to put in another stock with similar potential and this definitely looks that kind of stock to me!
