Lovely, and managed to grab a few more at yesterday’s price. Really comfortable holding and adding more in this stock. Market simply not cottoned on to the potential imo.

If the MMs can make money by moving the price down so that bored or disgruntled investors sell, and can easily sell those shares in bigger chunks to buyers with more patience etc, why wouldn’t they?
The price will go up if more people hold or buy, than sell, it’s that simple.

Jadam - funnily enough I have just sold mine after 11 years of happy sailing. Good luck with your purchase and enjoy! One thing I have learned in those 11 years ( I have been investing for the same period) is that a good company can languish or fall inexplicably for what seems an eternity then, one day, boom!. Sooner or later, as Steve says, the catalyst will arise and the worm will turn. If you buy into the investment case, the rest doesn’t really matter. If you can’t or won’t average down, or more (and I entirely get that at some point enough is enough) just sit and hold, and sooner or later, we will all get our reward, imho. Good luck all.

Interesting article, and despite its gloomy tone, is mainly backward looking and reading it I still get the impression that the Coup may prove to be a good thing in the long term. Sounds like Dicko withdrawing from politics will be a positive move and, I suspect, may have been prompted by the military looking for a more acceptable alternative for an interim Leader, pending elections. A couple of big sales just knocked the sp a bit but hopefully will bounce back as the day goes on. The picture may remain uncertain but things look more stable now, in a way, than before the Coup which is obviously a popular one with citizens of Mali. Obviously Governments and Institutions will bemoan the method of seizing control, but given the popular support, can't see them doing much about it. If the military move swiftly to restore democratic/civilian control, things should be ok, maybe even better than before.

No I don’t. That was an operational and production update. I mean the financial results for the half year.

Interims due any day and should be good, so might give us a boost, despite everything, assuming no deterioration.

Agreed and I have gambled on a peaceful outcome and bought back in. Will watch closely.

People are beginning to wake up to what a monster bargain this is.

I have also sold to protect my profit/capital and will see how it unfolds. Will quite possibly buy back if it blows over.

Not sure I can see any sense in this morning’s RNS from HUM’s point of view. Why flog these warrants for half their worth?

Possibly the sp is being held, or ‘manipulated’ to allow the big boys to buy at the level they want, but if so that is just the name of the game imo and as I said in an earlier post, sooner or later the big guys will want their profit and the patient small guys will get theirs when they do.
