Decent RNS and almost zero reaction? Shows how off the radar this company is, despite its excellent products and promise.

The SP certainly dropped back from the beginning of December (following the spike on the €360m grant announcement, hitting a low of 13.25p on 24th March but since then it’s resumed its longer term (ie 1 year) upwards trend, albeit with a bit of a dip since mid May. The trend over the last year as a whole has undeniably been upward.

So, it appears the 249999 trade was not the end, sadly. Share price holding up quite well considering though.

Currently able to sell all my shares at the click of a button, albeit at a loss (so it’s not happening) so no lack of buyers out there it seems.

I don’t have access to a 10 year chart but it would certainly be dismal, as is the 5 year chart and the 3 year chart. The 2 year chart is broadly flat, but then the 1 year chart turns distinctly positive, even if bits of it are negative. So, broadly speaking after years of declining SP, we are finally on a sustained uptrend reflecting recent long awaited progress. So my view on this share is very positive, even if the poor liquidity and trader dominated nature of AIM these days inevitably leads to down days/weeks/months as well as up days/weeks/months.

Meanwhile the AGM discussion referred to continued growth in H1 2026 and the likelihood of end of 2026 being dramatically better than 2025, so fingers crossed. There was also reference to a potential RNS on the outcome of some ongoing negotiations within the next month, which sounded pretty positive. Obviously all somewhat general but hopefully some promise there.

Yes, assuming it’s the same seller, this one is an odd number rather than a round 200k block, so hopefully the last tranche.

Good posts Jemesa/LuckyLaurie. I still reckon we are due an RNS on timescales (see earlier posts) so we might soon get a bit more clarity. EMH have a track record for meeting deadlines at literally the last moment and I am with Jemesa on the 60/40 odds of them doing so, although it is obviously not strictly in their hands but the Czech MoE’s. Given that is the same department that is ultimately responsible for the JTF grant and also that this can be seen as a bit of a test of the accelerated timescales of the CMRA, they do have some incentives to pull their fingers out, so to speak. However, if in the end, they fail to get the decision out by the deadline (although it is now clear that it is possible) then I think it is pretty certain that a short extension would be granted.

Just caught up with the video of the Capital Markets day presentation and Q&A. Generally very professional and certainly a lot of detailed information presented in an understandable way. Excellent and bodes well imo.

Ah, sorry, looking back there was an RNS dropped on the day of the AGM last year but it wasn’t an “AGM statement “ as such. Getting old!

LTB - you are quite correct that we do not routinely get quarterly updates, but we have certainly had AGM statements/updates in the past (was it last year when they dropped one on the morning of the AGM?) and I think it is quite likely they will issue one this time, if only to sweeten the mood for the vote on the bonus, which I do indeed see as a positive sign that money is being made (along with the reported positive results for 2025).

I meant to say that buy was at 42.55p.

Friday’s close officially 41p because of a paltry 45 uncrossed trade immediately after close, despite a chunky buy of 65,000 shares dropping a few minutes later. Call me a cynic, but that just looks like plain manipulation.

Ah the bizarre mysteries of AIM eh? How the F### can you get a trade for zero shares?

There we go. Box ticked and onward to the next steps for the US listing. For me, to get away from being driven solely by the shenanigans of AIM will be fantastic and a huge driver of value. Trying to ignore the “noise” of daily fluctuations, individual trades etc and just concentrating on the more significant issues that are going to drive value longer term.

Meanwhile, today’s meeting should see one hurdle removed towards our US listing. Happy days.

I think there is a fair chance that is the reason for the delay Troy. After all, we are talking about the results for end of 2025, and they already had a handle on Q1 2026 when they issued the last update. Seems logical to suppose therefore that something has changed or is about to happen (hopefully positive).

Except that an update on the cross border consults timeline was expressly promised when it was announced, so they have an obligation to update the market, I believe.

And another approx £500 top up at 4.12p. I reckon we are quite likely to get a positive Q1 update just before or on the day of the AGM. Just my opinion, not advice.
