Quite. It’s not a placing, it’s simply the issue of shares in payment of fees and in lieu of cash. Surely a good thing that whoever the fees are for want to be paid in shares rather than cash! I agree the price is irrelevant as it was probably fixed at an earlier date before the grant announcement. I see development this as a good sign.

Those are the ones authorised in the proposed AGM resolution. I haven’t checked back for any existing ones.

It’s obviously disappointing to see a temporary drop in revs, but at least the loss is expected to be stable notwithstanding, presumably because of increased margins and cost cutting.

Whilst it’s still a bit “jam tomorrow” they do seem very confident that revenues for 2026 will be up on 2024 levels from the start of the new manufacturing agreement.

It is a bit of a mystery why the Dubai facility couldn’t keep up the pace until the new agreement was signed but I guess there could be various reasons for that, eg contract expiry and a reluctance to renew given the imminent signing of the new facility agreement. Who knows? Future still looks bright though in my opinion.

Some positives in the AGM notice:

Two directors taking big chunks of unpaid salary in shares at 2p.

Repayment of the balances in monthly instalments plus increased interest for Uri’s loan suggests improved financial health/income no doubt assisted by recent Contguard deal.

Option prices over next three years could be said to anticipate decent share price growth (leaving aside any transformational Newco or other partnership deal as per recent RNS which could, in my view, make those prices look conservative).

I am guessing we will get an upbeat AGM statement before the meeting, possibly on the same morning.

In fact I am banking on a transformational partnership at project level as per recent RNS, but don’t rely on me! It’s only my personal opinion/guess.

I think the resolutions signpost a major structural partnership deal as per the most recent RNS. That’s only my opinion though and certainly not advice to anyone. I have bought a few more. A gamble given the implied dilution but if it’s transformational…..

It may have been quiet here for a while but imo anyone new looking at this share should, as a starting point, simply go back to that fund raise at 20p, a massive premium to the then prevailing share price (and still way above even the current price) and ask themselves, what did Quantum see when doing their due diligence that this crappy AIM market hasn’t yet fully appreciated? Whilst a significant improvement to the bottom line has been a long time coming, I believe it is coming, and I think we will see early evidence of that in the first half of 2026, before the current extension of the convertible debt runs out. And I wouldn’t rule out more funding on favourable terms either. All imo and DYOR before investing.

AIM has been broken for a few years now. It’s degenerated into largely a short term traders market. IMO.

I am definitely feeling screwed, but as you say, the interesting question is when and in what circumstances all those non voting shares were created. The December 2024 RNS refers to “receipt of a conversion notice” which suggests exercise of a pre existing right rather than something the board agreed to at that time. There was a big drop following that conversion and to be honest I must have been asleep at the wheel and should have sold at that time.

Another US win. Gradually regaining lost ground here.

It’s not just the venture capitalists that would have been misled, if this is indeed dead, it would also be the banks, who agreed repayment terms and/or held off from taking action to recover their loans (e.g. against assets). I don’t profess to know what is going on here and I am not seeking to argue against Valsen’s posts from the front line, but the scale of the deception here if this is indeed dead (and the five months deafening silence) is pretty mind boggling. As shareholders we can take no action anyway, not even sell our shares for buttons, so for me it’s just a case of fingers crossed that either the phoenix rises from the ashes, or something is left for shareholders from a winding up/sale of remaining assets. I do not assert that either is likely, and simply hope. At least I didn’t gamble the house on this but I do have a few grand here that I would rather not lose completely!

Well, as a fellow long term holder, I feeling very upbeat and positive after the recent news and in anticipation of the DFS which I am confident will drop this month, and probably in the first half as billed. As someone else posted, a bit of a drop back is to be expected after a big rise like we have had here. Some will always sell and take a bit of profit. In my view it’s holding up pretty well and once the sellers are done (possibly mostly done already) we should be set up nicely for another big rise on the DFS (or indeed potentially other grant news - who knows, given the multiple initiatives out there to secure vital resources in Europe and the US). All just my opinion and obviously not advice.
