That £2.25m equity raise at 20p was only in May this year after they had reported virtually break even. Although revenues dipped in Q2 2025, this was put down to timing issues rather than overall trading conditions and the board seem very upbeat. It seems entirely possible that some of the £2.25 m is earmarked to pay off the £1.5m loan notes in whole or part. I can’t see a bit of PR in the Middle East making too much of a dent in the amount raised and the business is very capital light. Other options for the CLNs include a further extension by Sea Pearl, who are, after all a supportive major shareholder. Even conversion would not be a disaster if combined with other positive numbers/news. To be honest, I suspect the board are feeling under less pressure now than they have for some years.

Each to their own but I won’t be selling a share here any time soon. I just remind myself of the fact that they recently raised £2.25m at 20p a share, a huge premium to the then share price, and that once news drops, e.g. about Indian certification, or on any of the many other prospects in the pipeline, this will move up fast and the MMs won’t let anyone back in except at a significantly higher price. All just my opinion and obviously not advice.

Agree that the UK should be leading on this and highlighted in my email the opportunity which exists for the Government, not only to show a lead on this issue, but also to highlight and support a UK company with an ingenious and inexpensive solution to an horrendous global environmental issue.

I don’t see the tender price being raised. I can see, however, the share price being mysteriously driven down below the tender price to make it look attractive and a rip roaring success.

broadcasting the agm on investor meet company was a total waste of space and non event. couldn’t even be bothered to do a presentation or q&a! purely formal business to tick the boxes and off they go. ed chewing gum throughout. arrogant, cowardly and, so far as the pathetically priced tender offer is concerned, hypocritical! i am not in the habit of moaning about the company in a public forum but if you need a lesson on how to **** off your retail shareholders who bothered to dial in, this is it.

Welcome on board Upside. We know what the finals will look like. All eyes are now on the interims due out by the end of this month. LTHs expect a significant upturn in revenues compared to last year.

In my view opposing views are welcome and bring balance which is helpful especially to those new to a share. What’s not helpful and puts many people off reading and contributing to a chat board like this, is all the pointless and juvenile personal jibes and back biting.

This is a very solid RNS with a firm commitment to orders worth substantially more than the entire market cap of the company over this year and next alone, plus Saas revenues on top. With the 2024 Contracts largely on track the interims should be positive and we are promised those this month. Best RNS for a while.

Cash outflow of some $2.5m for the quarter contrasts sharply with the inflows of about $1.4m last quarter, and this implies a distinct spurt of activity on the DFS and environmental impact assessment. I agree that this could mean that the DFS is virtually complete and clearly the aim will be to hit the end of year JTF deadline for the EIA. I doubt we will run out of cash before the DFS lands and gives us a boost. We could easily see off takes follow on pretty quickly, which could include an element of funding. Whilst I am no fan of KC’s comms approach here in recent years, I don’t think he is any kind of fool and has a financial background. He might not be a miner but he knows a thing or two about funding a project and is also a shareholder and will not want to be diluted to oblivion either.

Finals are overdue but we know already that 2024 has been underwhelming. However, contracts announced in 2024 (which are substantial) are mostly stated to be on track, albeit at a slower pace than originally envisaged. I am hoping that means that some revenue originally anticipated for 2024 will now fall into 2025 and that we will finally see a boost to the bottom line when they can talk about H1 2025 numbers.

Also think the other CLN will be sorted soon. I agree with the earlier comment that it is material that they have agreed a repayment schedule for the one that has just been extended. This suggests they are seeing increased revenues enabling them to commit to that.
