For me Blubay the biggest question will be concerning the TG's contribution towards BAU and development costs? I strongly suspect it will not be fully pro-rata and is unlikely to cover historic costs either, so to what extent will that eat into He1's future P&L margins?

Surprises? I am not suggesting there are any surprises; my point McNol is simply that without knowing the nature of te arrangement (and FS, CPR for that matter) it is difficult, if not impossible, to adjudge the value of the deal to shareholders and therefore the impact on sp.

SkilledInvestor you say "100% if it does involve the Tanzania government" but surely any rise would totally depend upon the nature of the TG's involvement? Any rise will surely be totally dependent on what element of profit He1 would be able to retain from that JV arrangement? IF (I stress IF) the "guts" are ripped out of the deal for the benefit of the TG then He1 shareholders will benefit very little and the sp will reflect that.

FWIW I do not expect that to happen but surely any sp predictions are somewhat meaningless without that information?

So can we assume that yesterday's rise was prompted by inside knowledge of an imminent RNS and the total erosion of yesterday's gains down to the fact that the content was not what was anticipated? ☺️

A JV with the Tanzanian Govt is a "given" - the TG will hold a minimum of 16% of the SPV. The only question is the size and nature of their involvement.

Ruck you say "news is held back for bigger impact ". Really? Even AIM listed companies are obliged to release price sensitive information as it becomes available and not when they think it might have the greatest impact.....

I cannot see "the market" taking this RNS in anything other than a negative way - after all it is confirmation that yet another target date will be missed. So much for completion of the Cameroon and Namibia Farm-Out agreements being competed by the end of March eh? Some positives to be taken from the nature of the agreement but only required because of yet another delay. It simply goes to prove that providing prospective target dates when delivery is reliant upon African Govt's or Authorities for that delivery is an exercise in hope over expectation.

Fake or not Tanzania, I think we have all learned (the hard way) that even the best of intentions take an eternity to execute in "Tanzanian time". Hence always prudent to interpret much of what is said with a pinch of "poetic license" methinks.

Surely anyone who has been here the length of time that most of us have would recognise that it is never a good idea to get too excited over the seemingly somewhat overstated, ambitions of the Tanz authorities.... How many optimistic MInisters have "lived" long enough to see their ambitions realised? Have any of them been able to pit their hands up and claim "I've done it I've delivered what I promised"?

I wish I had your confidence Presteigne - we have seen a 30% fall in sp over a matter of days. Was that just a pump and dump? Had there been any real expectation of news before the end of March deadline I would have been expecting a continued rise into the end of this week and, or, the beginning of next but no, that did not happen. That suggests to me that we will be disappointed.

Yes it has been flagged as arriving before the end of the month but similar target dates have regularly been missed in the past; why should we be any more confident about this one?

The technical traders will be selling TRP this morning methinks - the momentum has turned negative.

Well 12 months from application date would be no later than September 2025. Personally I do not expect it to be that long but, even so I am not too worried; we have another 12 drills in Colorado to complete during that time, at a current completion rate of circa 2 drills per month, at the end of which we could be looking at a potential annualised income of $8 - 9m pa. And, without completion of the ML process nothing to spend too much money on in the meantime, that would not be a bad scenario.

I am dusting them off as we speak Rojo :0)
