But that is true only for those elements of the Development programme that the SPV is charged with funding - not necessarily the Appraisal well drilling for example.... or, if it is, but cannot raise debt funding or equty funding thriugh SPV dilution then each party will need to front up some of the BAU costs and that will need funding by each shareholder - and that will come down to He1 and its shareholders to find.

Well that depends who you believe Rojo, I guess? It seems that a tender for the pipeline build was issues in October (rayther than the July as previously notified) - just months late. That I would describe as a "delay". Similarly the Ntorya Development License, very late but delivered none the less.

So yes Rojo, "delay" is an entirely appropriate description except perhaps for those, like you, you refuse to acknowledge even the slightest hint of "progress".

But Blubay if the SPV is a subsidiary of He1 it is effectively an asset of He1 and as such the greater the dilution of the SPV by third parties the less the %age of that SPV is owned by He1 shareholders - dilution through other means.

Yes BB and all of that would have been included in the calculation of the expected net income generation to Bluestar and He1 from the initial drill programme; all very easy and obvious to understand unless, as is self evidently true of IG, that doesn't suit your agenda.

Your statement is a total deception; the link provided does NOT say that at all and you are deliberately conflating two separate and unrelated statements.

The 3% P50 Helium concentration is simply a number that Bluetar uses to come up with their own estimated resource estimate on 675 million cubic feet.

The $2m annual income figure is provide separately in a Competent Persons report using the estimated flows and He concentration from the initial drill programme.

So IG you can twist it as much as you like but your deliberate deception and misinformation is there for all to see.

All the wells drilled to date have come out at or above the anticipated he1 concentrations and in line with the expectations - the expectations set in the CPR! And which that led the CP to make that $2m pa statement.

To suggest anything else is just nonsensical scaremongering.
