Rojo - as regards the Pipeline Tender the last RNS states.

"The Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC) launched a restrictive tender for the procurement of an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor for the construction of the gas pipeline from the Ntorya gas field to the Madimba gas processing plant (the Pipeline) in October 2024. We understand that the process for the award of the EPC contract is almost complete and hope to receive further news from the TPDC shortly."

You self evidently don't give that assertion any creedence Rojo but actually I would rather take the BoD's word for it than yours....

I am now so far underwater that I am actually looking forward to a heavily discounted Cap Raise - then to buy a disproportionate number at a hugely discounted price and hope for a bounce. That's the only route to salvation as I see it.

I have already sold over half my shares (25m) at 0.0235p for that eventuality - just housing it elsewhere in the meantime (quite successfully). Indeed I wish I had sold the lot.

YOu don;t have to do the calculations IG. Assuming the results from the first 6 drills in Colorado are as expected, we already know the answer to that question - $2m per annum net income to He1; plus another $1m from CO2.

Thankfully so far the results have been at least as good as forecast and some markedly better....

I would totally agree on the rainy season point that you make, as I have long been belabouring BUT that rainy season is now at an end and you would ahve expected anyone with any bloody commitment to be ready to start work now that conditions favour it.

There are various examples that you can find in the O&G sector (Aminex and Ndovu Resources) that illustrates the typical corporate structure. That is a Topco and a subsidiary, who in Aminex and Ndovu's case owns all the relevant licences. Indeed who is going to advance debt funding or equity to a company that does not own the Mining or Exploration Licences? And if that is a second entity how does Topco (He1) own anything at all unless the licence owning entity is a subsidiary?

Oh and one more thing the "offtake" agreement that you refer to, will typically provide an upfront lump sum for a share of future income streams BUT who is going to provide that up front payment until the scale and duration of that future income stream can be known and validated? Hence the CPR first in my view and that only AFTER appraisal activity.

I do not agree with the last part of this statement - the new SPV will likely be a subsidiary of He1, part of Helium One Global Group and both assets and liabilities of that SPV will sit on the He1 Global, Topco's, balance sheet.

Apparently the Pipeline Tender was put out in October, we are told (though some reported back from the AGM that it was almost complete then!), so why does it take 6 months to complete such a tender? Maybe it is more difficult these days for Tanzanian's and PEP's to set up overseas bank accounts?

I seriously hope they are, as I have a lot of "flak" to offload....

Still 8 months until the next AGM - our illustrious leader is going to be taking some serious flak at that event. Assuming he and SYN are still around come November of course....

TG2D, you are welcome to your opinion of course. FWIW I disagree with you on a number of levels - firstly I do not believe there are many if any "day traders" here on the "long" side; indeed any day traders are all "short" but have already exited after the recent RNS's with their few %ages selling into the Monday's spike. Most day traders on the long side have given up trading this after the sp response to recent RNS's proved underwhelming.

So no most of those holding long positions are here for Colorado production, the "official" ML award announcement, FS, the eventual CPR and Rukwa production.

And with no obvious reason to think that there will be any Cap raise anytime soon, I see very little reason to think the sp will fall much, if any, further; indeed there are far more reasons to think it could go on an upward track over coming weeks and months.

That said I did anticipate the small sp rises on the back of Colorado and ML news to hold better than they have, so there was definitely a proportion of people that were looking for short term news to give them an exit opportunity - I can only hope that they have now taken that opportunity and moved on.
