Punter, I would agree that a Company's NAV is rarely if ever fully reflected in the SP but the CPR together with the FS will, in my view, offer a significant boost to the sp as it adds confidence to both new retail and, perhaps, Institutional Investors to take the plunge. But, yes, I agree that is only my opinion as, indeed, it is my opinion that the Company would be in a better position to negotiate JV and Funding deals with a CPR than without and, with a stronger SP, reduced dilution, IF, an equity raise is necessary.

Quite right - it may well be possible to arrange Project Finance without a CPR but whether that is either sensible or preferred is a totally different question. As I said earlier, the CPR is likely to be significantly beneficial for NAV and for informing the quantity, COS of extraction and longevity of the assets and will put He1 in a better position in the negotiating process.

Stamford by agreements I was meaning JV, Offtake and Debt Funding Agreements. Not the Framework Agreement, apologies - I agree with Punter in that regard.

Yes StamfordFridge, I certainly do as the CPR would inform expectations of future production rates and longevity, so rather important as part of any negotiations I would suggest and, importantly, the better that CPR the better positioned He1 BoD are in negotiating a favourable outcome for the company and shareholders. So as I expect that CPR to be extremely value accretive, I certainly HOPE that we will have a CPR before we conclude those negotiations.

Jackson 4 intermediate - TD = 6 days, TD - Flow Test = 8 days

On that basis reasonable to expect TD for J29 on Thursday 10th and Flow Tests next Friday 18th. I am quite looking forward to both and particularly the Flow Tests.

Gordon regarding Medway CCS, you say "paid a good wedge for a share of Medway" but actually would tey pay SYN fpor that 50%? Actually would they not be buying that 50% from Harbour Energy? Why and for what would they be paying SYN for? Do we know that Harbour have relinquished their 50% and that same 50% is now SYN's for a resale? Or is that just supposition?

What are people's expectations of any / all of the above and which if any would "move the dial"? Even if we had a Medway CCS farm-in partner would SYN actually be able to hold up their end of the development? Not without a cap raise methinks, so how can that be accretive?

Similar on Cambay CCS - even if that were to finally progress it would require more capital outlay, but with no cash and no short term payback? So unless SYN were to get a big up front capital sum for the farm-out, where's the upside?

HIgh powered rig contract and renewed workover activity? Maybe that would move the sp a little but I wonder if, after the previous flops, Selan are beginning to question whether it is actually worth pursuing?

So that leaves the final potential piece of news - a Cap Raise - and we know how that would affect the sp....

So not much to incentivise people to invest here methinks?

An LSE balls up, there were dozens of trades in that "gap" and they were reported on other sites / platforms. Just LSE's incompetence again methinks.

WE are not stuck at 2.94% northfork - as I said a few minutes ago this platform is not updating the trade data. Currently the sp is 0.87 - 0.95p and up circa 7% at the mid price.

Less than 2 months until the AGM (assuming same date as last year) and what new will the BoD have to report? What will they be able to point to a a material development, certainly not much from an operational stand point.

Will we even have the pipeline initiated by then? I suspect that the BoD will not be looking forward to that event if not.

We seemingly are running considerably behind the "real world", certainly on the trade info anyway. Currently 0.88 - 0.95p and has been for quite a while and 12 million more trades than have been reported here. Mmmm 😡
