RJ I would not choose to argue with you about whether we would or would not be here without a Farm-In. I recognise that the BoD at the time had backed themselves into a corner and needed a fire sale - much to my bitter regret and resentment at the time. However as you may remember from the EGM of the time my principle gripe was not the sale but the absolutely derisory sum that we received for it and the ridiculous ratio of cash to carry. So low in fact I was reported to have accused the Chairman of taking a bribe!! (not my intention, but that was as it was interpreted) It was criminally low and yet the BoD were trying to persuade the shareholders that they had pulled off a great deal! Yes they certainly had pulled off something but it wasn't a great deal....

Oh and RJ, just to repeat we do NOT have much more gas than we ever did RJ; the gas was always there!! We just hadn't proven it up....

I would agree punter, there rules for these events is already laid down and available for anyone to see; that said, this ML offer is unusual and unprecedented, in so far as it is the very first for Helium play and also unusual in its size, so I would not be surprised to see this offer vary from the very basic, vanilla template agreement.

There may be 0.029p waiting on the ask but it is impossible to sell in any size - NT for anything above 5 million. That said, they are offering 0.0244p for 5 million.

Blubay as it happens I tend to agree with you and anticipate appraisal activity in the near term to fully evaluate the sub surface model before a new CPR then facilitates those "bigger deals". The dilemma though being the "chicken and egg" nature of that sequence; where do they get the capital for appraisal activity without those "bigger deals" and without an independent assessment of that sub surface model via a CPR?

You just don't listen do you co_ckscrews_colon? What ever the news may be it does not necessarily create an sp rise whether the news is positive or as in this case fairly neutral - the two are not necessarily correlated.

Today's news marked progress and every step will take He1 closer to production, so in that regard was good news - though not necessarily price sensitive news.

Moreover as explained earlier it was not the intermediate drills that caused recent price rises but the TD and free gas flow RNS's - the next of those will be next week (hopefully).

Maybe but even so what difference will that make, no new wells being drilled until July. Maybe the more highly powered rig for the workovers but I doubt that will move the dial; none of the previous two workovers had any positive effect on the sp and, frankly, the likelihood of their making a material difference seems minimal - even Roland seemed dismissive.
