I will do doing nothing until we have definitive news on the rigs , workovers and then the drilling of the new wells - it is only these new wells and the resultant income that will move the dial and that we now know that will not be happening until at least July; 4 months away yet.

I am inclined to do sonmeth8ing else with the money in the meantime, so if there are a few deluded or very desperate investors inclined to put new money into this dead duck, then I will happily sell them my shares for a small premium.

And yet the spread now only 1.02 - 1.05p Chesh, so those UT and auction trades are really indicative of not a lot it seems.

Well, to be honest I had not heard Esobiotech before your mention of it EE and I haven't had long to research it this morning but it would appear that their treatments as a group (with the exception of ESO-T01) are far from being as advanced as those of Scancell and yet they are already being taken over by Astra Zeneca.

As yet I have not been able to find any detailed description on the terms of that take-over, other than that the deal is worth "up to" $1bn. See below.

"AstraZeneca will buy all outstanding equity of EsoBiotec for on a cash and debt-free basis, which includes an initial payment of $425 million on deal closing, and up to $575 million in contingent consideration based on development and regulatory milestones.

The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025, and does not impact AstraZeneca's financial guidance for 2025, the company said."
