Well I can just about see gthe logic behind the Cambay CCS - IF - we can get it funded by the GOI and we can effectively get some carry in it. But Medway?!? I suspect that we are now so far up to our necks in it that we cannot extract ourselves without additional cost and loss of face (for Roland). We definitely ought NOT to be funding a bunch of external consultants simply to meet our outstanding obligations; not without having sufficient current income to meet all of our overheads.... WE could easily not survive to reap the possible benefits of Cambay if we bury ourselves in totally unnecessary, unwarranted, discretionary expenditure on an unproven, distant vanity project!! It is a f***ing disgrace.

The $10m of "carry" cannot be considered part of the NAV as, we know, don't we, that it WILL be spent on the Cambay project and does not sit on our balance sheet. We currently have a 50% share in the Cambay license, so that $10m is only converted into NAV once it translates into asset value - that is gas or oil assets and, as yet we do not know what that looks like. You can't have the cash and the assets in the ground - that would be double counting.

Well I am not that surprised. Few sells so far and one or two small buys. Let's face it most people will just sit on their hands and wait for the dominoes to fall - after all, this is just a "bottom drawer" share now. I am down 80% in 9 months so what's the point in cashing in. I will only sell into a "rise" and that is certainly not on the cards any time soon.

And what exactly was that diatribe meant to achieve? Unless it was to underscore exactly why we are at an all time low it has failed miserably..... with the exception of another CCS pipe dream in India, nothing new and even less that offers the prospect of a short term sp rise or that incentivises any new investors to put money in this dead dog..... I now have zero confidence that Swelan and Cambay will bail us out of this hole.

If the sp rises on the back of this I will be very surprised but, if it does, I will be selling up.

Well Zoffy, I am not so sure that your portrayal really does He1 "justice" nor does it tell the "whole truth" but I would happily accept is a balanced view.

As I have said many times whether He1 is for you or not depends very much on your attitude to risk. Of course there is risk and ALL shareholders would willingly acknowledge that fact but, I suggest, they would all state that, in their view, those risks are both recognised, accepted and worth taking for the potential upside.

Just checked, Thunderstorms and over 1" of rain today in Ntorya and Thunderstorms forecast for 9 out of the next 10 days. Though must stress that days of heavy rain are reducing and becoming fewer and further between as the month progresses.

I think that any suggestion that then Pipeline initiation was simply being deferred for the "big reveal" at the Conference was always a little far fetched as, indeed, I suggested a couple of weeks ago. That said I do expect that pipeline "kick-off" very soon. Though timing will likely as not be dictated by the weather as much as anything else (and I haven't checked what that has been of late) as, typically, Ntorya still very wet in March.

Reports on the wires regarding the #EAPCE25 Conference. All very interesting but the anticipated "hullaballoo" regarding the TPDC banging the "pipeline" drum and any form of official announcement seems to have been totally misplaced.

Another very successful hashtag#EAPCE25 has been completed. Many good ideas exchanged and great discussions on how to unlock energy investments in East African. Clearly, the rich petroleum resources of the region play a critical role in the sustainable development of East Africa.
