I am sure we will get the FS and at the same time, assuming it has been completed, the CPR Stamford but the ML is not yet "in the bag", terms will need to be agreed before signing - only then will we get the above. So personally whilst, I agree, it would have been good to see both FS and CPR I was in no way expecting them to come out at the same time as today's announcement. Though it won't be long I am sure; a few weeks before the lawyers will have pored over the ML terms and small print read but it won't be long.

What a load of absolute tosh - looks like it was priced in ?! You absolute tw at what when it went to 1.35 mid price? ! The "reasonable explanation" for the drop was that there were many sitting in the wings waiting for a 10%, 20% rise to exit on their trades - including many of those when had been attempting to manipulate their favorable entry price over recent weeks.... This morning double RNS gave them a huge bonus and many have taken their opportunity to bank the money.

London the cash from the first 6 Galactica wells is earmarked for re-investment on the next 9 drills - so even if the Dev wells output exceeds the "forecast" it will not be providing cash flow for use at Rukwa for quite some time to come.

That said, they have more than enough cash at bank to cover planned overheads into next year and any expense will be for Rukwa development and at the AGM the BoD stated that they anticipated that being funded from multiple sources (debt, JV's, Farm-in and alike) and that any equity funding (dilution) would be kept to a bare minimum. Moreover before they can raise again the BoD will have to go back to shareholders for approval; they will be looking to put together a total funding package to present to shareholders for any fund raise.

Patience needed Rim. MM's need to accumulate some stock before next lift off. Soon be there.

I would be staggered if the broad terms of the "offer" are not already known to the He1 BoD - as others have mentioned, they are already tendering for goods and services to initiate the dev work....

Those same sellers may well get back in before the week is out Ninja - for the Well Test results. I am very optimistic about them as it happens and we could see them by Friday, although Monday probably a better bet. Those well test results will set the tone for the up and coming drill programme.

I think they are simply looking short term Ninja - they are not here for the "assets" - just trading. Many will have been trading purely on Colorado - they have had something of a "Brucie bonus" today with the mining license approval. They will be banking their short term profits and rubbing their hands with glee.
