I think that much of that £650 was pushed into the Medway CCS project Trout but not before Harbour pulled out but after it - once little ol' SYN became responsible for 100% of the feckin' costs!! 😡 Bloody ridiculous anyway for a Company the size of SYN to be invested in such a long term, resource and cost heavy, totally unproven vanity (Roland's) project. It was always way above SYN's station to get involved in such a scheme and now, without a pot to pi ss in, it is time we cut our cloth and BOARD to something manageable and which won't mire us in obligations we cannot afford.

Ssccss you say " I think consolidation might be on its way." and how does that address anything? Still the same Market Cap and still that same prospects? How does consolidation add anything to the party?

The last £650k raise in November was meant to get us through to Q2 and the additional income created by the workovers and yet it didn't even last to the end of Q1. How long will £750k without root and branch changes to reduce the cash burn? Seemingly 4 months at best on the current run rate and how much more income will we have in 4 months time - not a lot I would suggest and bugger all if the remaining workovers and new wells are no more successful than the first two!

Sorry but I don't think anyone can rely on this board to deliver anything - as mentioned yesterday they are totally and absolutely reactive and in control of nothing. They have neither the capital nor the capability to move the dial - individually and collectively they are totally impotent and yet continue to draw salaries for "running the company" and creating shareholder value. The ONLY people currently creating shareholder value are Selan so what the hell do we need the Board for? The next raise? Well without the Board we would not need one - not so quickly anyway. There is ZERO day to day activity so why do we need staff? And yet we employ quite a few.... have they now transferred to Selan? If not, why not?

Not quite McNol - they are keeping themselves a safety net with a bid at 0.90p and a 5% spread - they don't want volume in either direction; they are keeping their books "flat". That is not indicative of their expectation of an imminent, sustained rise. Not in my view anyway.

McNol, the quoted bid is fairly irrelevant methinks. I am being offered 0.92p for 1 million in any event.

What a feckin day today has been, 4 of my 5 AIM shares down today but none of them remotely as infuriating as this bloody shower.

If they hit TD at least at that point they can't really feck it up; the well test results are then simply a question of when not if.... and as forecast would be good enough any raise on that will have all and sundry extrapolating for the next 5 and maybe (though not really connected) the 9 after that!

Good god how on earth could they justify that bollax.... ? Well maybe we ought to see if we can get them rescinded at the AGM - surely they should be share price dependent?

Where did the remaining 150 million come from?

The only counter to that DVH is that Roland now owns circa 230 million shares - that is quite a few - if it does go tits up I hope it bloody hurts him as much as it will hurt all the longer term shareholders.

Friday maybe RJ but my money is on Monday next. Had things all been going according to plan I think, indeed thought, Friday was likely but today's updates on LInkedin suggest that weather conditions might have slowed progress (slightly) and I know think a Friday morning RNS in Aussie is now a little suspect and that TD will be reached at the weekend with an Aussie RNS on Monday.

But hey that will just keep the expectation and adrenaline running a little longer eh?! 😉

So the capital raise of over 2 billion shares on 5th November was justified on the basis that it would:

"The capital raise will act as a bridge to the expected increased cashflow from the Cambay PSC, and the targeted farm out of the CCS Project."

And from the same RNS:

"Selan have now commenced the agreed $20 million work program on the Cambay Field PSC, for which Synergia is to be carried by Selan. A significant increase in production and cashflow from the work program is anticipated from Q2 2025 onwards."

So despite the fact that the November raise was supposed to get us to sometime in Q2 and a Cambay CCS farm-out here we are with yet another raise and we are only just half way through Q1 not even cl;ose top quarter 2, let alone anywhere near a Cambay CCS Farm-Out...

And that is despite the fact that the Nov 5th raise was due to " for the initial development of its UK carbon capture and storage ("CCS") project and for general working capital requirements." And that any further work on the UK CCS project has been shelved.....

So where has all the feckin' money gone?!?

Shareholders being taken for fools here and, to be frank that is about the only thing the BoD have got right - shareholders are bloody fools - to have put up with this shower for so long....

I hope you are right NS but unfortunately the damage has already been done - any increase in revenue due from workovers and new wells is already far too late to avoid another dilution and not sure that the workovers alone will restore us to anything like our previous post November "raise" sp levels at 0.045 ish let alone pre raise levels.

Agreed littlered - if I were as anxious and nervous about investing in something as "opaque" and conspiracy ridden as He1 seems to be in Toffers' parallel universe I wouldn't be touching it with a bargepole!!
