In reality EE I doubt that any of the BoD will ever need to part with any cash to exercise their options. They will wait until the sp offers a considerable premium and either forward sell them, converting their options with the proceeds or borrowing the cash before dumping the shares in the market. I would strongly expect the former of the two options.... what is, in effect, a covered short - though whether they will be able to short 1+ million shares is another question.

Quite right gordon, the proof of the pudding is in the eating and unfortunately the anticipated prospects for the new wells has been adversely infuenced by the initial perceived failure of the first two workovers. Do the expectations for the new wells actually stack up? Until the market sees proof positive that the basin is productive and Selan can actually successfully monetise it they will remain somewhat sceptical - as indeed most shareholders will methinks.... recent operational activity does not fill me with any great confidence, so how can I expect others to be overly optimistic.

That and the fact that the new wells are some considerable time away and why oh why would anyone be buying in here now? Bottom fishing? Hardly FOMO 😂

And it is also totally ridiculous to assume that they WILL need to. Galactica may well be successful, moreover any revenue is already earmarked for reinvestment and so never was and is not expected to add to cash flow and so is immaterial.

It is always very easy to find negative connotations to anything snorebollax but just because you can see all the negatives does not mean that they are inevitable or even likely. But of course that would not suit your self-interested agenda would it bollax?

I couldn't agree more TF on the "generosity" of Mr Huillier's "package" but unfortunately that is "the market" at the moment and, if he delivers on a £1+bn sale I, for one, won't be complaining.

Interested to know though what happens to his non "vested" shares if the company is sold before he get's the chance to exercise them?! Does that mean that it is not in their collective interest to sell the company beforehand?

Well our Snorlax has been predicting imminent collapse in the share price to an ever increasing level, 0.50, 0.60 and 0.70p most recently; maybe he has recognised that the writing is on the wall? That even he, the king canute of the He1 BB, cannot hold back the inevitable tide.....

He will be inwardly resigned to the knowledge that, even if we have to wait a little longer for the ML, the drilling of the current and a following 4 development drills at Galactica will keep the pot boiling and ensure that the sp creeps up in the intervening period. He1 profile is growing by the week, particularly in the US, and cannot do anything but raise interest and the sp. The arrival on the scene of INV as a new MM is evidence of that growing profile.

Just tried dummy sells from 5 million to 30 million and offered 0.035p for each of them. So yes DVH, evidently some liquidity, at last.

Yes McNol but those significant and numerous changes go to prove how how of date it is and to a very large extent that it should be taken with a pinch of salt. The acid test of He1 real value will be the figures in the FS and CPR and they could have a significant impact on that number in either direction; though I ma here simply because I expect that impact to be significantly positive.
