Daprophert what that Panmure estimate fails to identify is that, firstly, markets are not "perfect" particularly AIM how often have you seen a so called risked NAV ever been fully reflected in a AIM listed company's share price, particularly one with no income - they always trade at a significant difference. It also ignores "sentiment" - the "market" perception of a company's performance and expectations of delivery. It is market sentiment, current perception and expectations that see's the company's value at it lowest ever level; no analyst's calculations, particularly the "in-house broker's" calculations will change that perception. Only "delivery", under promising and over delivering will change that perception and Panmure have zero influence on that; we are all reliant on Selan to bail shareholders and the BoD out of the mire.
