Yes indeed - often they package up shares in a UK (and others) stock like He1 sometimes 1:1, 10:1. 100:1 or in exceptional cases 1000:1 and are traded on US exchanges as American Depository Receipts (ADR's). Of course paper "receipts" no longer exist in either market (with a few exceptions of course - share certs can still be requested) but are recorded digitally on the share register but in the US are still referred to as ADR's.

I know that you put no store in Galactica or Galactica news but fwiw in no way do I expect to get an update from Bluestar or hence today and when we get the next one (if similar to previous M.O.) it will be for the completion of the intermediate section. Blue star cannot now put out another RNS until Monday, their time.

Anyone that bought into He1 at 1.05p has only themselves to blame - you can hardly lay that at the door of Bluestar or He1 simply for updating the market on the current state of play, surely? Whether it was necessary is a moot point.

Maybe so gogs but isn't it gratifying that when presented with a choice of two Rukwa Helium explorers to invest in we chose He1 and not NHE - there were many on this board and others that were exhorting all and sundry to back NHE as the faster and stronger option. Personally I have always been confident (since Minchin's departure) that I had made the right choice. Though MInchin had caused me to exit He1 once upon a time and it is Minchin's involvement in HEX that has always (but for a brief foray) kept me away from that.

Simply the average of two third party valuations, though it doesn't say which two. Panmure Liberum definitely one but I would be guessing about the second. Disappointingly there is no analyst research on He1 on the company website - the most recent published research is Sept 2021.....

What they actually said whistler was that production from Rukwa would follow within 12 months of the ML approval; so every additional month we wait for the ML delays the prospective date for Tanzanian production. Moreover the initial income from the Development Well programme in Galactica is earmarked for re-investment to the next 9 well drill programme so, unless production from those Dev Wells is significantly above median expectations I cannot seeing it adding to useful cashflow in the short term.
